This was our first time using a rental property through any online service. This property and the owners have spoiled us that we probably won't have another amazing experience. The pictures and description doesn't do justice to this retreat. Absolutely would recommend to stay here!
I am a native Californian, living in the South Bay most of my life. The city of Torrance has been my home for the past 45 years. My wife and I are retired and have two daughters who we enjoy spending time with, one lives in Napa the other on the east coast. When not traveling, we like spending time in our home. We enjoy gardening and hosting. We are not professional property managers; we open up our home and hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.
The neighborhood is mostly residential with many services nearby. Walking distance to public transportation, 3 markets, including Trader Joes and In-N-Out. Many restaurants and Del Amo Fashion square a short ride away. Beach is two miles away, easy access to LAX, and Stadiums including SoFi, Intuit Dome and Kia Forum. The weather is pleasant year around.
One of the few properties in the neighborhood to boost a large backyard, it's surrounded by tall oleander trees that provide privacy and blooms several months out of the year. It has a relaxing vibe and peaceful feel to it. Friends and family tell us our home has a serene, tranquil feel, and we agree with that.
