Welcome to âViva Coachellaâ, the stylish 3bd/3ba vacation home with stunning pool/spa area residing in a cul-de-sac in the safe and secure gated community of Indian Palms. Includes private saltwater pool and spa (heating optional) nestled in an elevated back yard with pond view, BBQ, dining table, and lounge chairs for first class entertaining. Large fun game room w/ pool table, Ms. Pac Man, Trick Shot Basketball, Axe Throw, and Darts. Close walking distance from Empire Polo for music fests.
âViva Coachellaâ is a resort style, desert vibes 2,044 sq ft home designed dĂ©cor consisting of 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a giant 25ft long private salt water pebble-tec pool including a baja-shelf seating area and umbrella along with spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid pool and/or spa heating available...see below for rates), multiple pool waterfalls, a fully fenced private backyard entertainment area propane BBQ grill, dining table for six, lounge chairs, cornhole game, and more fabulously fun amenities! Property is in a safe and secure Indio gated community with very nice neighbors, immaculate landscaping, and an abundance of magnificent sunrise/sunset views.
Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the open concept kitchen. The large gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with two stools, breakfast table for three, dining room table for six, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, stove top, blender, toaster, drip and/or Keurig coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than nine peopleâŠ.everything a fully stocked kitchen should have.
âViva Coachellaâ sports ideal bedding for up to seven adults. Spacious one floor with a Master Bedroom featuring a king bed, work desk with chair, 42" Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in glass shower, soak tub, and double vanity sink. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-full bunkbed and pull out twin trundle with 42" Smart TV and Xbox gaming console. Bathroom #2 and #3 both include shower/tub combos. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Living room has a comfy sofa sectional, side chairs, gas fire place, and large 75" Smart TV with Spectrum Basic Cable featuring the Golf Channel along with the ability to log into your personal apps in Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, YouTube and more. There is a washer & dryer for guest use and the highest speed available wi-fi throughout the home. Two-car garage with a remote control, two-car driveway parking, and one other side garage spot for a total of five vehicles max. Super high speed 600mbps wi-fi internet for all your work and streaming needs.
Challenge your buddy or family member for bragging rights in the spacious dedicated game room with includes dry bar, pool table, Ms. Pac Man, Trick Shot Basketball, Axe Throw, and darts.
âViva Coachellaâ allows guest access in the Indian Palms Country Club includes a 27-hole championship golf course which has recently undergone a three-phase revitalization process designed to modernize the facility while preserving the historic integrity of the property. Indian Palmsâ three nine-hole courses â the Mountain, Royal and Indian nines â are designed to provide tests of accuracy rather than strength and distance. Guests also have access to the on-site restaurant and security guard gate assistance.
Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times). Outdoor music rules per below.
Quiet and private home location in quiet and secure Indio community. Home is also centrally located to reach:
- Empire Polo for Music Festivals and Polo (1 mile away or 20-minute walk)
- La Quinta â Old Town and Restaurants (5.6 miles or 15-minutes by car)
- Indian Wells BNP Tennis (7.8 miles away or 20-minute drive)
- El Paseo Shopping District (12 miles or 25-minutes by car)
- Spotlight 29 and Fantasy Springs Casinos (both a 15-minute drive)
- Palm Springs Downtown (25 miles away or 40-minutes by car)
- Joshua Tree National Park (28 miles away or 35-minutes by car)
Additional Rules and Info:
- $100 non-refundable per dog fee. Two dogs max. Please do not allow your dog on any bedding or furniture and ensure to pick up after them.
- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. For longer guest stays there is a two-week minimum for heating for month-long stays. Booking one week or less requires purchasing all the days.
- As this house is located within an HOA community, we kindly ask that you are considerate and respectful of noise levels. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are in effect between 10 pm and 8 am. During this time, we request that noise is kept to a minimum decimal level. Please note that any fines resulting from noise complaints will be the responsibility of the guests. Thank you for your cooperation. Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and âany machine, device, or equipment including phonesâ that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors. There is an onsite smart device to monitor noise levels.
- There is a security camera overlooking the driveway. The camera is not monitored live and is there for insurance and security reasons only.
- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
