Summary:
Come stay at this golf course front, tropical villa at the Waikoloa Beach Resort! Spend your days relaxing by the pool, golfing, kayaking, snorkeling, or going on glass-bottom boat tours! The Kings' Shops are within a short distance, where you can find delicious island grill and shopping. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment, feel free to use it during your stay!

Step inside the luxurious villa to be greeted by Hawaiian theme decor and island furnishings! The living room is well situated with a cable TV, DVD player, and lanai access. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the lanai overlooking the golf course and reservoir. There is air conditioning available to stay cool during the warm summer days.

The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more to make you feel right at home! If you don't feel like cooking at home, explore the island flavors from BBQ's to poke. The dining table has seating for 6.

The primary bedroom has a California King bed and en suite bathroom. After a long day of adventure, take a relaxing bath in the soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full size beds. There is a shared full bathroom available as well. The washer and dryer are available for guests, perfect after a day at the beach or after a long hike!

The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers numerous amenities to keep you entertained on vacation. There is a jacuzzi, swimming pool, on site gym facility, and BBQ stations available for guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Equal Housing Opportunity

Perfect Location

Condo was great! Everything you need. Walk to shops and dining. Close to ither areas of interest. Only 1 minor negative, the beds are a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise fantastic place to stay.

Lovely Stay

I stayed there with my family and other friends stayed in different apartments in the same complex. The location is nice because it is close to some shopping and the highway. The suite itself is very clean and well appointed and up to date. Lovely view of the golf course and pond. No issues at all and it is modern, with a very homey feel. Would definitely book again. Definitely need a car on the big island as so much to see and parking at the complex is very easy.

We had a nice time and had our grandkids stay part of the time with us while their parents had our new granddaughter. The condo is very children friendly with toys, puzzles and books. It worked out perfect. We did have a little trouble with our door code working and had to end up using the lock box key. Everything else was perfect!

Fairway villas

Just a great unit. Sad to go but the unit had everything we needed and it was beautiful. The lanai was awesome drank coffee and watched the mountains every morning. The unit also had ocean toys which was a great surprise. The in unit ac was very nice too. My only downside is that the beds were hard in each of the rooms and the sofas were a bit uncomfortable too but overall great stay!

Perfect Location

From the minute we walked in the door the presentation was so nice and the little details to make you feel special. We kept calling it the Tommy Bahama Condo. Pictures do not do It justice! This unit had everything we needed. Very clean and cared for. This would be great for 2 couples or a small family. We loved watching the golfers T off and the beautiful lights at night across the pond. It was so nice having an a/c unit in each room so people could sleep in the temp they prefer. The pool was so nice, not freezing at all and the hot tub was wonderful. The location was the best, great restaurants, the beach A-bay, the market to get anything you needed all walkable!! I will be back!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Family vacation

We reserved this condo along with 3 others in the Fairway Villas. The units are nice, clean and located within walking distance to the beach. Our unit had some issues though. The washer and dryer did not work so you may want to double check that has been fixed before you book. Also the ice maker and water dispenser did not work. We called the management company and texted with them repeatedly to get the required parking pass. We were there a week and never did receive the "white notebook" with instructions and parking pass. This unit had ample dishes for cooking although not a single spice, not even salt and pepper. The other units did have condiments for cooking so we spent more time at their condo. The pool is very nice and we used the grills several times as they were well maintained and conveniently located next to the pool.
