Convenient location near shops, beach and pool. Spectacular view of gulf course and mountains. Condo was spacious and luxurious for the family. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards. We would rent here again.

This condo was awesome, perfect size for the 5 adults and 2 kids on our trip and prime location in Waikoloa Village. Close to kings and queens shops, great pool, and awesome to have your own grill on the patio. Not to mention the beautiful views and AC works great as well. Other than not being provided the exact unit number in my check in instructions and having to call them when I arrived on the property to find out which exact condo we were in for the week I have no other complaints. The garage has plenty of beach stuff too which was awesome. Literally felt right at home and was perfect once we got settled in.

Very spacious and clean. Worked great for family of 5 across 3 bedrooms. AC was perfectly adequate despite the note about only going to 72 degrees. Plenty of beach gear in garage. Decent amount of starter supplies but a few more basics like sugar and oil would have been nice. Easy to buy what you need at Queens Shops next door.Nice barbecue and outdoor area but oil spray was missing and bbq tools out there would have been helpful. Also having an opener or code to open garage would have been easier than having to go around and use key from opposite side.Nice location on quieter northwest coast, close to the best beaches (Hapuna and Moana Kea, and one hour from Mauna Kea visitor center). Not as much going on as near Kona but shopping and food options very close by were adequate for us.

The house had everything you'd need for an extended stay. We had our 2 and 4 year old so having a pack and play, floatation devices and toys was great. They loved the pool and actually learned to swim in it! Very close to shops, resorts and beaches. Lava Lava Beach Club was especially nice! All responses from host were prompt and helpful. Will hope to stay again, Mahalo!

We just returned from the most incredible trip, and this Hawaiian vacation rental exceeded every single expectation. It was a milestone vacation for our family—the very first time my parents joined us in Hawaii, alongside their youngest grandchild—and it turned out to be the best family vacation we have ever had.From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by how beautiful and spotlessly clean the property was. It felt bright, modern, and filled with authentic island charm. After long days of exploring, sinking into the ultra-comfortable beds was absolute heaven—everyone in the family, from the grandparents down to the youngest, slept like royalty!The location could not be more ideal. We were just minutes away from pristine, sun-drenched beaches, making morning coastal walks and afternoon dips effortless. Plus, having great shopping, dining, and incredible golf courses right around the corner made keeping everyone entertained a breeze.We created so many lasting family memories here, from watching the sunset together to sharing stories on the patio. By the end of the trip, none of us wanted to leave! We are already planning our next trip back to Hawaii, and we will without a doubt be booking this exact same vacation rental again.Mahalo for hosting us in such a paradise! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful, well appointed property. The host thought of most everything to make an enjoyable stay.The drawbacks we encountered were a clogged bathtub in the second floor bedroom (not the primary ensuite) and a malfunctioning small blind in the living room, left of the TV. The non-functional bathroom was inconvenient as there were 6 in our party. I notified Grand Welcome on the first night; the service agent stated she would notify the office and someone would come in the morning (Saturday). I made a second call on Sunday morning @ 0900.No one showed up until 1:00PM Sunday afternoon. In the ensuite bathroom of the primary bedroom, the glass shower door does not close completely as the strip @ the bottom of the door is out of alignment.Also, y'all might think about installing grab bars in theshower areas of the bathrooms to promote safety.

Over all this condo is as listed. It was clean with plenty of fresh towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies. However, I had significant frustration with the host company in multiple instances. To start, they would not give me the gate and door access codes ahead of time, nor would they tell me exactly when the codes would be available until I quoted VRBO’s own policy to them (stating they need to provide an exact time for detailed entry information within 72 hours of check-in). When I quoted this policy to them, they finally let me know exactly when for and gate codes would be provided. But it was uncomfortable knowing I would get my entire family on a long flight to Hawaii without having access information for my stay. My other frustration is that the host, Grand Welcome, seems to be a big faceless conglomerate, using AI to interact with guests in the chat function. I rarely reached a real person, and it felt very impersonal. Overall, I would avoid renting through this host.

This home met all requirements. The size, location, amenities and communication from the host made this location ideal. The pictures accurately depict the home, including the views. The lanais are made comfortable in order to enjoy outside living. The property is quiet and clean. We look forward to returning to the island and making this our home away from home.
