Welcome to your private Naples getaway — a bright, tropical home designed for fun, relaxation, and making memories. This newly renovated property is the perfect retreat for families, in-laws, or groups of friends, and yes — pets are welcome too!

Step outside and spend your days enjoying the heated pool, tropical lanai, and cabana bar. There's plenty of space for everyone to gather with a covered outdoor dining area, pool table, hammock, fire pit, and even a corn hole set for friendly competition. In the evenings, string lights set the perfect mood for poolside cocktails or late-night laughter under the stars.

Inside, the open kitchen with custom appliances makes cooking and entertaining a joy. The kitchen flows into a spacious dining and living area that looks out to the pool, so no one misses a moment of the fun. A gas grill outside is ready for barbecues, and you'll also find board games, a karaoke machine, beach chairs, pool floats, and toys so every day feels like vacation.

This single-level home comfortably sleeps eight guests. The master suite features a king bed and a very large walk-in closet. A guest suite overlooks the pool with a queen bed, while another guest bedroom offers a king bed. The final den doubles as a pass-through bedroom with twin trundle beds and its own Smart TV, making it the perfect spot for kids or extra guests. There are also two full bathrooms, each modern, clean, and well-appointed. Out front, there's room for two cars, plus space for a boat, kayaks, or even a golf cart.

The location is unbeatable — just a short stroll to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach, where you can rent cabanas, enjoy watersports, or grab snacks by the shore. A few minutes away, explore Delnor-Wiggins State Park, a stunning Gulf-front park perfect for fishing, kayaking, or spotting dolphins and manatees.

For dining, shopping, and entertainment, Mercato is around the corner with its eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and a VIP cinema. You're also close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, The Ritz-Carlton, and world-class golf courses, making this home the ideal spot to experience the best of Naples.

We had an amazing stay. Close to everything, beach shopping and restaurants. Definitely need a car. The pool was clean and warm and the outside area was very inviting. Would stay again for sure!!

Perfect Christmas

This property is fantastic. We have stayed at more expensive rentals in the past, but none that were cleaner or more well suited for our family. Highest regards to the local management team that prepared this home. We had a terrific time.

Great home close to the beach

Beautiful, clean home within 5 minute drive to the beach. The pool and outdoor area was well maintained and had lots of pool floats and toys. We were glad that the property manager gave an exact list of items/toiletries provided in the rental so we knew what we needed to bring.

Nice three week stay

We enjoyed our time in Naples Park. House was comfortable for me and my husband. We had plenty of space to spread out. Home was very pet friendly and that was one reason we selected it. Also very convenient to Vanderbilt Beach. Pool was nice and the home was pretty well equipped. They supplied nice beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Only suggestion would be a better bed in the master suite. Naples is very nice in the winter.

Love the house it was very Nice, it looks just like the pictures. Communication also was excellent. I had to reach out to the office a few times for a couple little things and they always responded right away even after hours. The house was very clean, fun and comfortable. We had a blast.

5 Star Stay at Coastal Cottage!

We spent 9 days at the Coastal Cottage and it was perfect for us! The house was clean and well equipped and the decor was perfectly coastal! The location made it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. We enjoy spending time at the house, lounging in the pool or playing board games around the table at night! The communication with management was by far one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had. They were awesome at getting back to us quickly with any issue or concern we had. I’d definitely highly recommend this rental to others without question.

Best backyard EVER!!!

The backyard was why we booked this place. The pool was extremely warm. The pool table and beach house was ideal hang out all day. Inside the house it was extremely clean and fully stocked with towels and cooking items. The decor was perfectly themed. The garage was stacked with wagons and beach toys and chairs. The communication was very prompt! there was a Whole Foods and being so close to the Mercato for dinner or just to walk around in the evenings. I would stay here again!

Excellent Service, Great Amenities

Property is in a great location for everything in Naples. There's plenty of room for a whole family. We had my wife's parents, brother, and our 4 year old daughter with us and still had 2 empty beds. Had a great time at nearby Vanderbilt Beach. Parking at the beach was $10 for all day with easy drop-off point for loading/unloading right on the sand. We used the pool at the house every day as well. No need for water heater in July, that's for sure. We had two issues while we were there - pool water level dropped too low and after 3pm the gnats around the pool and bar got fiesty. We text the property managers and they immediately responded - sent over pool crew to top it off and sent over tiki torches to remedy the gnats. Great service! Great house. Had plenty of extra towels. Very close to Publix and Mercato and restaurants and beach. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property is just as pictured. It was perfect for our girls weekend; we enjoyed the pool and private back yard and never left the property! The management company was very responsive and helpful.

Surprise party get away

We were here for our friend's surprise birthday party. This home is amazing! We ended up spending all of our time in the backyard. The home itself is immaculate and and very functional. I would definitely recommend it!

Great location with all the amenities perfect for a family week away!

Check in and out were a breeze and this place was very clean and came with everything we needed plus some! Our family enjoyed the pool, corn hole, and pool table! We also had a couple movie nights in and spent our days at Vanderbilt beach just 2 miles away. All questions were promptly answered by the property manager and I highly recommend this house if you’re looking for something in Naples but close to Bonita and Fort Myers Beach too!

Another great time in Naples Park!

We had an amazing stay at this home. The pool table turned out to be a welcome addition to keep the men happy while the women went shopping! I love the location of Naples Park. So close to great shopping, restaurants and groceries. The home was newly renovated and very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and it was well equipped. Weather was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Great Place for a Family

The house was lovely and well equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The house was spacious enough for all of us -8 adult family members and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect and we used it often. Only recommendation I would have would be to secure the outdoor umbrellas a little better as the kept blowing over with the wind. It was a perfect family vacation place!

Super Clean / Great Service

The home was very clean and the property manager responsive to anything we needed. Pretty much everything in the kitchen is brand new, towels new, a good bit of new furniture. A great little place. As others stated, the "third" bedroom is a pass-through to the back of the house so it is not private. There are two nice private bedrooms.

Wonderful Vacation

The house was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. It was very well stocked for cooking and for spending a day at the beach or pool. It was only a short drive to several different beaches. This was our first trip to Naples and we had a great time! The property manager was great to work with as well. They were very prompt about replying with any questions or needs that we had.
