This 2-bedroom 3 full bath townhouse DIRECTLY on the beach is perfect for small families. Park in front and walk into your vacation townhome! No waiting on elevators or long walks to the beach. Just step out the back door and you are there! If sand is not your thing, enjoy the large private deck and watch the waves and the occasional school of dolphins that swim by in the evening.

One step inside and you will be delighted with the beautiful beach decor, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen looks in on a large living and dining area. Just beyond the sliding glass doors, there’s a private deck with gas grill and an outdoor dining table so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset. There’s also a full bathroom downstairs.

Our location
Immaculately clean townhouse DIRECTLY on the beach. We are 10 minutes to the Publix’s Sport Complex, 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Schooners, Patches and Shore Shack Pizza are just a few of the restaurants in walking distance to the property.

Travelers have the whole townhouse. FREE private parking is directly in front of your unit.


Other things to note
Your reservation includes a beach chair service (15 Mar to 15 Oct) that puts out and takes down two chairs and an umbrella for you each day. Other beach chairs are at the unit that can be taken to the beach.

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed with our little Yorkie. The house was perfect. You are steps to the beach, just walk out the back door and down the steps off the back deck. The house was clean and well supplied with anything we needed.

Tracy was very communicative and attentive to our needs. The 2nd day we were there the tv wouldnt work so we contacted her and she had the maintenence guy there within 30 min and a new tv installed within a couple hours. The place was super clean and the view was amazing! I would definitely book this place again!

Comfortable, updated townhouse right on the beach!

Great location, property and host. Jessica was wonderful available if needed. This location is right on the beach, close to restaurants and the marina. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the updated accommodations.

We had a great experience! The location of the property was perfect! The parking was very easy and so convenient! Owner did a fantastic job communicating information before, during and after our visit. We will definitely be back.

We love hosting repeat guests! Love seeing you and. your family enjoy the beach and the view. October is one of the best times of the year to enjoy the sun, sand and cooler temperatures - still warm enough to swim but not blazing hot.

Best location!

Great property right on the beach! My kids loved being able to walk right to the beach. Umbrella and chair service was great. Jessica was great to work with and available anytime! I would definitely recommend!

Thank you for your visit! Being directly on the beach is a huge plus especially with kids so you can go back and forth easily for short breaks from the sun. We like to try to provide everything you will need to cook and relax and travel a little lighter. Please come visit us again!

Perfect family vacation spot right on the beach!

This was an absolutely amazing home for a family vacation! It is clean, includes all the necessities, and is in a quieter area of PCB! We couldn't have asked for a better place literally steps away from the beach! Jessica is phenomenal to work with- does not hesitate to answer any questions you may have. Thank you so much for the perfect spot to create the best memories! We will definitely book again!

Being directly on the beach makes sandy vacations so much easier by being able to walk back up to the townhouse for lunch or short breaks from the sun, Not to mention, it's hard to beat the view!

Perfect Beach Location with all the comforts of home!

We loved our trip! Our friends had unit two next door. Beautifully decorated and appointed, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. This location allows us to walk on the beach before coffee on the patio and allows us the convenience of walking up for drinks, food or cooling off with ease. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place to Stay

It looks just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated, very clean, and everything we needed for our trip. What we liked most was when you open the back door you step out onto your own deck, then down the stairs and you are on the beach. After staying here it would be very difficult to go back to a condo. We had a chance to meet the owners (retired military 🇺🇸 ) super nice couple and very accommodating. We would love to come back and stay again.

Serenity, Sunsets and just a few Steps to the Beach!

The place was just as described. Recently remodeled. The location was just perfect! We walked out the back door and stepped right onto the beach. Gorgeous view of the sunset each night. The host responded quickly to any communications. All the best restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. We are locals in Bay County and would recommend this place to anyone coming to relax for a few days at the world’s most beautiful beaches.

Jessica and her townhouse made the entire trip PERFECT. The townhouse is located on one of my favorite stretches of the beach, steps from Schooners and a short drive to St. Andrew State park. The townhouse was CLEAN, the beds were super comfy, THREE bathrooms that made life extra easy and a well appointed kitchen. Jessica was super responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We will be back for another trip to stay. Thank you for making our family time so much nicer!

Vacations these days are too precious and important - given all the time people have been social distancing etc. I enjoy helping guests make the most of their visit. I love my town and sharing it with others.

Can’t get enough of this place!

We have stayed at this property more than once, it is the only property in PCB that we were so impressed with that we came back. It is a beautifully renovated property. The fact that towels, beach chair set up, beach umbrella set up, and beach toys are included make this property unique. Having direct access to the beach without a long walk is divine too if you have kids. The quality of bedding and towels makes it feel upscale for us adults. The owner even comes right over for any concerns. I’m hard pressed to think of any constructive negative feedback.

BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED IN PCB

We stayed here over Christmas 2020 and had a wonderful stay!! The view is amazing from the first and second floor. The deck was a nice size with plenty of room for us to relax in the comfy zero gravity chairs and soak up the sun. Waking up every morning and being able to walk out on the deck and watch the ocean waves was amazing! Also, watching the gorgeous sunsets from the deck was our favorite thing to do. This place is in a great location. Schooner's is a half block away. Also, very close to St. Andrew's Park and many other great attractions. Everything about the house helped make our stay so enjoyable. The townhome was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. I highly recommend staying here any season. PCB is great year round! We will be back!

Great Location- but somewhat lackluster home

Location was excellent! Just steps from the deck to the beach! The chair service provided was nice and convenient as well! Jessica was very responsive. We had a few minor issues that were rectified immediately! We could not be happier with how communicative she was. However, the house itself was lacking in a few ways. The house had a VERY musty smell. Most cabinets had quite an odor once they were opened. The tubs were old and the dryer was rusted and old. We were disappointed by the lack of common kitchen needs ie cookie sheet, cutting board. The floors were dirty. The first night we arrived around 7PM and did not go outside as it was raining. Our feet were black by bedtime. To their credit- a whole house dehumidifier was placed on our last day. So hopefully that will help solve some of those problems. We chose this home as it appeared to be a more premium option than some of the others we came across. We purposely steered away from the less expensive options as we wanted to treat ourselves. The neighboring units in the same building were much nicer and less expensive. For minimal upgrades, this home would be very special!

I do appreciate your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay. I wish you had mentioned these items to me when I spoke with you the morning after checking in and we could have resolved them immediately. As you probably noticed, all cabinets are labeled to help you find things quickly. It also helps the cleaning team do a quick inventory to see if things are misplaced or need to be replaced due to wear. Please always notify your host is you need anything. A host worth their salt will respond quickly so you can enjoy your stay and hopefully become repeat guests. Unfortunately, some guests like to leave the sliding glass door open for the breeze and sound of the ocean. The unintended consequence is humidity gets trapped inside making the HVAC work harder to remove moisture from the air and cool it. To help combat that we have installed a new HVAC and whole home dehumidifier. Only one of the four units was occupied during your stay. With the 7 day or more 10% discount you received you actually paid $15/day less than the other guest. The big difference in overall price was that they were repeat guests who booked direct, so they had no website booking fee. We offer that to all excellent guests after their first stay. I hope knowing the improvements already in place to address your concerns you will give us another chance to host you and share our love of the beach.
