- Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Beach Gear: Your reservation includes access to $300 worth of beach and adventure gear, delivered to the home for your convenience.
- Ring Doorbell: Please note there is a Ring doorbell installed at the front entrance.
