Welcome to our serene lakefront home, where relaxation meets fun! Nestled on the shore of Bird Lake, this beautifully appointed retreat offers breathtaking views and direct access to the water. It is an ideal escape for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind and enjoy the view.
Begin and end each day with amazing sunrises and mesmerizing sunsets from your private deck. An open floor plan allows for everyone to be in the action. The lake is best for both fishing and sports activities.

This home has three bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the living space. The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, two closets, and blackout window shades.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, TV, and blackout window shades.

The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with twin mattresses, a TV, and a mattress that pulls out to create a 5th bed.

There are extra blankets and blow up mattresses available, including a travel pack and play for use by toddlers and infants.

There is a full kitchen with all brand new appliances for use, including a microwave, "Mr. Coffee" coffee maker, mixer, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, and an air fryer.

Outside, there is a fire pit, a patio with power awnings for shade purposes, a dog run, and in the summer months - a dock for your boat and/or jet skis. Swimming is available in the front of the property, as well as walking distance to a public beach. Guests can enjoy kayaks, fishing gear, a hammock, corn hole boards - all provided with the rental.

Guests will have full access to the home. The garage space is currently being converted to an additional living area - expected to be completed in spring, 2025.

There is a concrete parking area that will fit at least four cars or three campers. There are outlets for campers to plug into outside.

Stormy weather? Not a problem. This home is equipped with a generator ready to take over and keep everyone warm and safe during any season.
