This home is split into 3 units. There are two units on the first floor and one unit on the top floor.

The second story home's layout is ideal for family and friends to come together at the beach. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for staying in a cooking a family meal, with a large dining area and granite bar. 4 bedrooms as well as sleeping accommodations in the Carolina room allows 9 to sleep with ease. Television is available in every bedroom as well as the large living room. 2 full baths make it easy for more than one person to wash off the sand after a day at the Beach. The Carolina room is the perfect setting for curling up with one of the many books provided or a space for the kids to play one of the board or card games kept there. This is a beautiful and spacious home in a prime location and perfect for your next vacation. Come and enjoy the marsh life and live like a local!

The first floor of the home has two units. The first unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The second unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Both units have a full kitchen stocked with basic necessities for preparing and enjoying a meal at home. Both units also having comfortably outfitted living rooms with Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows or movies. Also, both have sofa beds in the living rooms. All units have air mattresses.

Outside you will find a screened porch, a fire pit, and a lounge with a Smart TV, Wii, arcade games , board games, and much more! Stream your favorite shows or movies, enjoy making popcorn with the popcorn cart, or enjoy a nice cup of coffee while relaxing in the lounge.
