Fun stay!

Very clean, well appointed kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms and bathroom spaces. We loved the game room and had a blast taking the golf carts to the beach!!The host was super responsive and helpful!

LOVE THIS HOUSE!

My family and I could not have been happier with our stay at Out of the Blue!!! The house is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing, and we had an incredible time! We look forward to renting this house again. Who knows this could become a yearly vacation:-)

Family and friends vacation

Our family takes vacation with our close friends every year and this house did not disappoint. With 2 golf cats carts it easily accommodated us. The game room kept the kids entertained while the adults needed down time. The home was very spacious. We would definitely rent again! Thank you for another vacation in the books and memories made!

great stay

The house was nice and clean. Loved having two golf carts for our crew. normally with our crew we have to determine who has the one King bed, but with your house the kings were plentiful which made it nice to have the comfort of a king bed for multiple people. The game room was very nice and used often, which we probably stayed up to late playing instead of sleeping, but good times were had by one and all.

My family of 18 stayed here there was plenty of space the house was clean having the golf carts made it so convenient when traveling around the neighborhood to go to the pools, parks, and also to the beach so u don’t have to put alot of sand in your cars the kids stayed entertained with the game room and bikes she had so many toys for the kids to play with at the beach and also a lot of beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent chairs when we got to the beach my family can’t wait until our beach trip next year so we can return to this location

AHHHMAZING!

This was our first family vacation since 2012. The community was quiet, the owners, guest friendly. The Blue Escape is an amazing home! We brought things from home (stock pot, my special sharp knife, spices) because we weren't sure, but the inclusion is underestimated. The stock pot was needed and there aren't any sweet spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger), but plenty of others. A Golf Cart community across from a grocery store is the ultimate vacation for many reasons.We plan to make this an annual event!

Amazing rental house!

This house made my vacation stay just so much better. From fine remodeling to comfort and cozy stay. House was massive with everything made to attention. The owner was really easy to work with through the process. Rental came with majority of cooking/ eating supplies so I was able to cook instead of buying out every day. Obviously towels and sheets were provided but its the small things like tide pods, garbage bags, varieties of coffee and chromecasts that were also provided that just made the stay worry free. Fun gameroom and great furnishings. The side entrance was within 50 feet of the house to avoid the main entrance.

Better than the pictures!

Our group of 4 adults, and 6 children loved our stay in this house! The rooms were much bigger/better than pictures! The great room/kitchen/dining room was the best space for both families to connect, play games, and eat! We loved the second living space downstairs with separate laundry room and kitchen! The game room was a hit on New Year’s Eve, and golf carts were a nice feature to get to the pool and around the complex with ease! Owner was communicative and helpful! Only thing that was missing from the listing was a floor plan, to better prepare for room arrangements. We did made it work once we got there without knowing how the floors were set up. Thank you!

Great place, great fun

Thank you guys for letting us rent your beautiful home. The place was much larger than I thought. 8 of my family members and I write more than comfortable in this spacious house. We rented the upper and lower spaces. My family and I were overwhelmed by the amenities and attention to detail. Cooking was a cinch with all the supplies and utensils needed already in the house. Entertainment was also a breeze with each room having a television. In addition, the outdoor fun with body boards, bikes, and golf carts included was more than expected. My family and I can't wait to come back next year.

WOW . . .Great House for our Family Vacation!

The moment we entered this house, everyone felt right at home. Every room was decorated with such great taste and attention to detail! My endless hours of searching the web for the perfect vacation home which would please everyone in our group absolutely paid off. From the kitchen amenities to the beach gear . . .everything was provided. And the golf carts were fantastic. The perfect way to travel to the beach. . .loved them! The owners were absolutely great to deal with. Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for our summer 2012 vacation. Now if only we could have you in control of the weather . . .not sooo much rain next time, please!

My family of 10, ages 21-57, stayed at Out of the Blue for a week in May. We found the house to be exactly as pictured. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the golf carts provided easy access to the beach. The kitchen itinerary was helpful in planning meals and we loved that the house was well stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. Renting a vacation home is probably the biggest expense in the budget, but prospective renters can rest assured that their money will be well-spent. We tend to not repeat vacations (too many places in this world to discover), but I would not hesitate to stay here again and have advised other family members to check it out! I also received my deposit money back in a week..record time!

Great for groups

Out of the blue is a great house to rent. Every detail has been thought of and the owners have made sure that it is an extremely comfortable place to stay. The house is decorated throughout and the furniture and beds are quite comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to not only sleep, but to do the things they wanted to do. We ranged in age from my 73 year old dad to my 3 year old nephew and the house was perfectly suited to all. The golf carts were great for getting us and the included, chairs, towels and toys back and forth from the beach. After we left, my children said that riding in the golf cart was the best part of vacation! Although the garage game room was great for them too! Steve and Gwen are great hosts and make sure that your needs are met. They are accessible during your stay if you need anything. We had a great time at out of the blue and would definitely come back!

Excellent Stay at Out of the Blue!

My family stayed at this lovely home for three nights for Thanksgiving. The house was exactly as seen on the website. We were pleasantly pleased to know that we had picked the right vacation home. The home was clean, spactious, well stocked with with kitchen products. The linens were there when we arrived. Lots of extra beds. Great to have access to both kitchens since we were cooking for Thanksgiving. Gwen the home owner was great to work with. My 9 year old nephew from Atlanta said it felt just like home! I new I had picked the right home. Kids had a wonderful time using the bikes, golf carts and playing pool. The only disppoinment the kids encountered was that the management office advised them that they did not have balls (volley or basketballs) for the guest, so we had to buy new balls. Big thanks to Gwen and Steve for such a well kept home! We highly recommend this property.

Awesome stay, perfect for our family of 4 exaclty and described.

We had a teriffic time in Myrtle Beach. "Out of the Blue" was a wonderful place for our family to stay while vacationing. The lower unit was beautiful. Perfectly decorated, immaculately clean and with all ammenities necessary for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Our boys (5, 8) just loved the game room/tiki bar, and spent much time their visiting and playing with the children whose family was renting upstairs. The golf cart made trips to the pool and beach easy and fun for the boys. The small lake in the backyard was filled with turtles and ducks came to visit daily. The ducks ate bread out of our hands. The kitchen was equiped nicely for breakfasts in, lunch out and a nice bbq dinner in. Having laundry in the unit was a great and I came home with all clean laundry (Yay! No days spent when arriving home doing laundry). There were 3 grocery stores within a couple miles; the beach was assessible with provided golf cart with private beach parking. Conches restuarant was inexpensive, with large portions and convienent to the beach. We rented a few days before our arrival and Gwen (owner) was tremendous in getting all of the needed forms, contracts in place and thing organized for our stay. We would and have recommended Out of the Blue to others looking for a beautiful, clean, well equiped beach rental. Thank you for personalizing Out of the Blue and for making our stay so enjoyable.

All-inclusive Beach Getaway

My family and I, my parents, and my sister's family spent a week in "Out of the Blue" as a mini family reunion. From the moment we pulled into the driveway up until the final few minutes before we departed our expectations were completely met. This property is so much more than just a place to "stay". We saved a ton of money and had a lot of fun by taking turns making dinner each night and we alternated between eating upstairs and downstairs. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us and then some!! The kids had a blast in the game room, riding the bikes to the beach and the pools, and we all loved the golf carts--even Grammy had a chance to drive it. We sat out on the front porch every night and if you listen closely you can even hear the waves. The location of this property was perfect for us--20 minutes to the mall where we ended up spending a few afternoons, 45 minutes to horseback riding on the beach, and a 24 hour grocery store right across the street. You really can't get much better than that!! My daughter turned 18 on the day we arrived and to our surprise the owners even took the time to put up a few decorations for her--WOW!!! I could go on and on about all this house has to offer but I think you should experience it for yourselves! If you were like I was before I found this property--searching for hours on end for the most perfect place--look no further. STOP RIGHT HERE AND MAKE THAT RESERVATION....You will be pleasantly surprised and will go home with memories of a lifetime. :)

Our fun family get together at Out of the Blue

We arrived on Saturday to a immaculate home. It was very spacious and well maintained and decorated. The owners took lots of care with their added touches, from the welcome note to all of the extras they have available for guests. Our kids loved the golf cart best of all. They were asking for a ride on it to everywhere we went. It is very centrally located near the major roads. We loved that it is gated and it felt very safe. We also felt very at home at the rental. The beach was close on the golf cart or bike and it was nice to have a special parking lot for the village. The splash pad and kiddie pool were huge hits with our family. The road we were on was very quiet and it was very nice. We appreciated the beach towels, sand toys, and chairs that were there for our use. It made it easier for us on bringing a lot. It was nice to just bring your clothes. The great room was beautiful and the kitchen was spacious to prepare large family meals at. The kids loved the kiddie table. We loved that the rooms all had a bathroom so it was nice for each family. We had 4 different families here for the week, so 12 of us all had space. You didn't feel on top of each other and had space to do your own thing if you wanted, so that was very nice for us. We enjoyed the back patio and deck overlooking the pond and feeding the ducks. We really liked eating at the Conch Cafe and the food and views were great! Having a grocery store across the street was great especially with young children. We didn't get to take full advantage of e golf courses, but they looked amazing and so close for the house. We really enjoyed everyone. Thank you so much for all of the fun and memories we made at your wonderful home. You're the first place we enjoyed so very much, we'd come back again and rent it. It was truly amazing! Thanks for all you did to make our stay great!!!
