Bienvenue dans notre condo studio confortable! À quelques pas des remontées mécaniques Payday à Park City Mountain Resort, ce magnifique condo de 375 pieds carrés est dans le cadre idéal.
Lorsque vous entrez dans notre condo, vous remarquerez des tapis aux couleurs vives contrastant avec des planchers de bois franc sombres et riches. Vous serez dirigé vers la cuisine qui a de beaux carreaux de verre et un éclairage encastré avec de magnifiques armoires personnalisées en chocolat noir et de nouveaux appareils étincelants. Des ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles de cuisson sont à votre disposition pour micro-ondes une collation ou préparer un repas gastronomique. Nous stockons du café et des épices de base au début de chaque saison. Cet inventaire dépend du réapprovisionnement des clients de ce qu'ils utilisent.
Il y a des sièges pour 4 au bar de granit avec une touche tendance mais contemporaine. Le salon / divertissement a des tapis colorés et un riche canapé en cuir marron qui se transforme en un grand lit confortable.
Le lit escamotable crée une sensation amusante et rétro et est commodément caché dans le mur jusqu'à ce qu'il soit nécessaire.
Nous avons également apporté une touche contemporaine à la baignoire avec les armoires élégantes et ouvertes et la tuile à bulles rétro. Les serviettes sont fournies avec des savons et un sèche-cheveux. Il y a une laverie automatique au 3ème étage si vous souhaitez laver les vêtements ou rafraîchir vos serviettes pendant votre séjour. La porte coulissante en verre de 8 pieds avec sa vue sur le village en dessous et les montagnes en arrière-plan et à l'ouest est la touche finale parfaite à notre maison loin de chez eux. Pour votre plaisir, le complexe dispose d'une piscine intérieure / extérieure avec 2 bains à remous ainsi que dans le bâtiment A au 2ème et 3ème étage, il y a 2 bains à remous supplémentaires. Le centre de remise en forme est un endroit populaire directement adjacent à la piscine. Il y a des saunas, des hammams, des douches et des casiers à votre disposition. Si vous demandez à la réception, vous pouvez obtenir une serrure et vous serez dirigé vers le casier à ski qui est idéalement situé au niveau du sol afin que vous n'ayez pas à transporter vos skis dans les escaliers.

Great accommodations with easy walkout access to the ski lift!!! Site was very clean and contained all amenities for cooking and Murphy bed was comfortable for sleep. Hot tub was refreshing a few steps down the hall. Made for a very enjoyable stay for a couple looking for a great ski in/out experience that’s a 5 min walk down to the Park City Main Street restaurants and shops. The property manager was organized, available and responsive to any questions. This was not our first stay here and we will plan to be back in the future!

Perfect location - the ideal ski in ski out by the lifts
Was a perfect 4 days! Could not have stayed at a more ideal location for 2 people looking to ski all day and be close to the lifts. And close to main st - we walked in to town each night for dinner.

Park City Ski Trip
My 16 year old daughter and I got away to ski park city and canyons for a long weekend. Everything with the apartment was as advertised and we had a great stay. You really cannot stay any closer to the action at PCMR! The hosts are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and were very accommodating.

Great location in Park City
My family and I, along with our two teen boys, stayed for a long weekend. It was a bit cramped for sleeping, but it still worked out fine. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the slopes, food, and the main part of town. The unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

First Park City visit
Condo was smaller than I thought it would be but it was fine for my wife and I. It was well stocked and I am sure fine for cooking but we ate out every night😂 The garage parking was nice and the location excellent… quick walk to two lifts and to town. Free bus system was another plus. We would stay here again.

Very clean and updated unit. Perfect for convenience to the ski lifts. Basic kitchen supplies were well stocked in the unit. For my teenage son and I, the murphy bed and sleeper sofa worked out great. Would stay here again.

Great little condo in a perfect location!
We rented this studio condo for 3 nights in February and it was a great experience. It was an easy booking process with Connie and an easy check-in going through the Lodge at Mountain Village. The toughest part of the whole experience was trying to find the condo, once we checked in! Ha! It is in a great location (just steps from the Payday lift), just had to find the right doors and elevator to get us there. This was our first time to ski Park City and we couldn't have been happier with the condo. It was very clean and everything was in working order for our three night stay. This property was perfect for my husband and myself. I think it is only big enough for 2-maybe 3 if you had a small child. We really loved Park City and will definitely be visiting again.

Location location location
If you want to be steps from the lifts, this is your place. The pictures are true to form. Although it's small, the unit is very comfortable and Connie is so nice and incredibly responsive. We had some issues with getting in late and finding the right building, but that was due to the car service leaving us in the wrong place (don't make that mistake). We did not rent a car. You don't need one. The condo is steps from the bus stops. PC has an amazing transit system; free and frequent buses everywhere you want to go. Also, we were minutes away from the town, which is vibrant and fun, food shopping, etc.
The only drawbacks are no washer and dryer in the unit and it's hard to imagine really cooking and eating dinner based on the size of the kitchen/unit. Breakfast was fine.

Ideal location - highly recommended!
Had a fantastic stay in early January 2013. This unit is newly renovated, and a cut above other rental condos we've stayed in. The renovations are very nicely done, with a consistent modern theme and quality finishes. Some high points include:
- Relatively spacious and comfortable bathroom, with new tile and fixtures
- Nice wood/laminate floor, rather than the stained carpet we've come to expect in ski condos.
- New, comfortable mattress
- Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove and compact (but big enough) dishwasher... this is often absent from ski condos, and is much appreciated!
- Great location; very easy access to the ski lifts (easiest to ski down to Eagle, but Payday is a short walk) The balcony overlooks the pedestrian mall with shops & dining, and also has a view of the mountain.
- Free underground parking is a nice bonus!
- Terrific, attentive owners. We had an issue with the TV not working when we arrived, and the Fogles drove down the next day with a replacement, along with treats from the Chocolate Factory! Can't ask for more than that!
Some things to be aware of:
- The unit is not large. It's comfortable for a couple, but maybe not for a larger group. If you unfold the sleeper sofa, it will be right next to the main bed.
- Access to the parking garage isn't easy if you have luggage; it takes two elevators and a bit of a walk. Using the stairs is much faster, but not much fun if you're carrying gear.
- There are a couple of good-sized closets, but no place to store folded items like socks, t-shirts, etc. As a suggestion, maybe some shelves could be added to one of the closets.
Overall, a great vacation for us, and we would be happy to return, and to recommend it to others!
Helpful hint for visitors: you can save money on ski lift tickets by purchasing through liftopia.com, or buying them at one of the ski shops in Salt Lake City, where you can also find cheaper ski rentals than on the mountain.

I would like to point out that there is an additional parking entrance that goes directly under our Building "A". That entrance is directly under Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory which is just South of Building "B" Guest Registration entrance. There is a set of stairs from the underground parking structure to the elevator.

Very disappointing and misrepresented by owner
Wow, where do I start? My child and I went to check into the condo and brought our ski equipment to the locker area; we went to the designated locker, only to find it was padlocked by another user. Fortunately, we decided to rent a car so we were able to manage without the locker on the first day. The locker room itself smelled like an outhouse, and that is putting it nicely. Still, my preference would have been to store our skis/boots there instead of needing to go a much further distance to our car. Again I reiterate, if we did not have a car, we would have been totally screwed.
When we went back to the locker the next morning, the locker was still padlocked and not usable by us. When I asked the owner (Connie) what to do, she said that since it was New Years Day, the management company was not available so they could not remove the padlock till the next day. Then on the next day, the problem was not solved because the padlock remained. According to Connie, the padlock had been removed but that was not true so basically, she was calling me a liar. Nice, right? Why on Earth would I make this up? Did I really want to drag my equipment a much greater distance and down a flight of stairs in ski boots? Uh....no.
Then there is the actual condo itself.......we pulled out the Murphy bed to see how it was. My child said that the surface felt like concrete. Meanwhile, the pull out couch needed to be used. When we opened the couch, the bed was not made but the bottom sheet had BLOOD on it! Gross! Although Connie had assured us that the bed was made and we were “good to go”, that was hardly the case, unless you like sleeping on blood stains.
The faucet for the shower felt like it might come out of the wall and my child fell and hurt herself on the slippery floor when she was trying to turn it off.
The space was cramped but that was expected. We knew that coming in. The location was very good and frankly, the only redeeming quality of this space.
The owner (Connie), though very responsive, was not helpful and effectively called me a liar. For all of our trouble, she refunded the cleaning fee....yippee. As I told her while we were there, this is a total rip-off. She had the opportunity to make our stay better and make the situation right; instead, she did not. For prospective renters, the best way to avoid the challenges that we had is to NOT STAY HERE! I am a reasonable person but everyone has their limits.

It is our goal to give top quality service to all of our guests at all times. We make a point to be available and have very quick response times.
I will address each item of concern.
The locker information was provided to the guest and I also reiterated the information by email, text and phone conversations. (The locker number and our condo unit number is located on the specific locker.) When he said there was a padlock on the locker, I told him it was New Years Eve and their might be a delay, but in fact, there was no delay because I called the emergency number and the onsite HOA management staff came back to the location and called me within an hour and stated there was no padlock on my units locker. When the guest informed me two other times there was a padlock on the locker, I immediately called the onsite management each time and each time they walked over to the locker room and called me back and stated there was no padlock on our locker. I told the findings of the management to the guest. Our thoughts were that he was going to the wrong locker. He asked if I was calling him a liar. Never, ever did I call him a liar.
FYI, most of our guests use the area provided in the entry area of our condo to store their equipment, but there is a locker provided, if desired.
The guest called me and told me "there was blood on the sheets"! I was mortified. I asked housekeeping to send me a picture and they told me there was something on the side of the sofa bed mattress pad cover by the metal rail where you fold up the bed. There was not blood on the sheets as had been stated. I told the guest the sheets and extra quilts and blankets for the sofa bed were in the drawer and on the shelf in the closet. He was very upset that he should have to make the sofa bed. The Murphy bed is made with sheets and a quilt and all pillows are in the closet and footstool storage bin. I refunded the cleaning fee to the guest due to the fact that there was something near the metal railing on the mattress pad cover.
We have not had an issue with the shower head or handle. We also provide a bath mat for our guests to use on the floor prior to using the shower.
FYI, we made special provisions to accommodate this guest since he wasn't leaving until late afternoon and checkout time was in the morning.
Again, our goal is for our guests to have a quality experience at our condo and we do all we can to make sure it happens.

Great stay
Wonderful studio comfortable for me and my wife. Great location for skiing and the hosts were so nice and accommodating. We flew in early and they organized their housekeeping to give us early check in. Thank you so much!

Cozy Ski-in, Ski-out Studio
Accurate description of property with basic amenities. Easy access to slopes, rental shops, and ski storage. It was quiet and a few steps from communal hot tub.

Perfect place for Park City ski trip
This was the absolute perfect place for a ski trip. The condo is right at the base of the main Park City lifts with shops, bars, restaurants, ski rental places, ice skating rink, and the bus stop all right on site. The setup of the room was also great. It is a studio with a sofa-sleeper and murphy bed that both fold away so you have plenty of room when not sleeping. We went with a group of friends that all stayed at different places around town and this place was by far the best. You can't beat this location in all of Park City.

When we first saw this property, we knew it was just what we were looking for. It was in the perfect location with so much to do whether it's summer or fall and most of it is within walking distance and if it's not, then you can take the free transportation provided by the City. When we walked inside for the first time, it was in near perfect condition, but circa 1980. We knew we would have fun with it and we did. We are having even more fun now that it is completed.

We had a great time taking this property and turning it into something that reflected our own style and personality. It gives us a huge sense of accomplishment to have it turn out the way we had imagined it would. We are enjoying it and we hope it will bring many hours of enjoyment for you as well.
