The home features expansive outdoor spaces, including a wraparound deck perfect for taking in stunning water views. Dine al fresco on the patio or on the beach while watching the sunset. Inside, each of the 6 bedrooms boasts a king-size bed and all bathrooms are furnished with spa-like amenities and fluffy towels. On the entry level, you'll find 3 of the home's suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a guest powder room. For added convenience, the private den, off the living room, comes equipped with a 60” TV, Xbox, Playstation, WII, and one queen sofa bed. There is also an additional pull-out queen sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space.

Downstairs, you'll find a pool table, ping pong table, another cozy living room, large TV, and kitchen, providing even more space to relax and play. On this lower level, you'll also find two suites, an additonal guest bedroom and bathroom, and a full bathroom with access to the pool area. For added convenience and comfort, the home also features two laundry rooms (one on each level), plenty of offstreet parking, and central heat and A/C.

- Maximum occupancy of 15, sleeps 12 people in beds + 4 in Sleeper Sofas (6 King beds and 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers)

- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
