The place was beautiful and well kept, very clean, and friendly! I would 100% book here again! The only issues we ran into was finding parking. However they let us park by their office and shuttled us to the apartment! We also ran into a small issue of not having an oven mitt after cooking a frozen pizza in the oven after a night of drinking but we made it work!

Super cute place and location is phenomenal!!! Shops, food and plenty to do that’s close by. Great communication and extended capability’s for rentals of equipment and gear. We appreciated the access to their experience. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. They also offer a shuttle service for secured parking near their office. Great place overall!!

The perfect spot

Stayed with my girlfriend and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location is absolutely perfect, right off of Duval street but away enough from the noise. It was very clean and cute inside, has all the amenities you could need. I highly recommend this place!

Charming find in Key West

The property was perfect for us. Definitely more spacious that most properties on the island. The full living room and kitchen were great. The location was perfect with everything being a mile or less walk. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous and convenient

The place was very nice, and was perfect for 2 people. It is very close to all kinds of things to do, but tucked away with a little privacy. The balcony patio was great and communication with the office was outstanding. Would definitely rent again!

What a great place!!

We loved the place. It was almost all newly refurbished with vaulted ceilings and a great 2nd floor patio! Fully functional kitchen. E would definitely come back. Oh and it’s on the dance block as The Hemingway House :)

Cozy in Key West

Our stay was wonderful; Jerry’s place was perfect for us. So many great things to list: living space, cleanliness, kitchen stocked perfectly, location, deck with umbrella and overall awesome place! Would have liked to have stayed much longer. The management team from Colocada were extremely kind and responsive. Thanks for the hospitality! We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Stay at Jerry’s Escape!We stayed at Jerry’s Escape on Truman Avenue from July 27 - August 1, 2025, and it was absolutely perfect! The host was so accommodating—they quickly answered all my questions and even assisted us with an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated.When we arrived, we were thrilled to find the property spotlessly clean. The location couldn’t have been better—when they say it’s close to Duval Street, they mean it! It’s literally just about 40 steps away.One of my favorite parts was relaxing on the balcony, where I enjoyed reading a book by one of my favorite authors Lee Child —such a thoughtful touch that the home had a great selection available.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my husband’s birthday vacation. Highly recommend Jerry’s Escape for anyone looking for the perfect Key West getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It is located in the middle of everything-easy walk to all the Key West sights. We enjoyed being on the top level with a fabulous terrace, the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen space is good although we only used the refrigerator. The sitting area is very comfortable and provided plenty of space for the 2 of us. The bedroom was slightly snug - we kept our luggage/clothes in the main sitting area. The bathroom was fine however I can never understand why people put a window inside the shower area. There are no blinds so we hung a towel on the window to block our neighbor's view. Everything from the wifi to the high tech door lock worked fine for us. Especially of note is we arrived with a car. The renting company allowed us to park in their parking lot (which was a good 15 min away) and then shuttled us over to the apt. They also picked us up when departing and returned us to our car. This is definitely a value add service. You do not need a car in Key West. We went everywhere on foot. Communication and information with renter was quick and professional. We recommend this property for a convenient Key West stay.
