NOTE: Please be informed that the building is currently undergoing lanai construction. Our unit’s lanai is scheduled to be affected from January 12 to February 06, according to the latest update from building management.

For any stays that fall within these dates, we are happy to offer a 10% discount on the total room rate.

As of today, our lanai remains open and fully accessible, and you are welcome to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. You may hear minimal noise from other units that are currently undergoing lanai improvements, but we do our best to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

- There are two ways to load money into the machines:
1. Download the “Pay Range” app to your smart phone. (US and Canadian Phones Only)
2. Select top load washers and stacked dryers accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

Parking:
- Buy a parking pass at the vending machine located on the left side of the parking garage entrance.
- You may select the $33 overnight guest pass, which grants you 24 hours of parking with in-and-out privileges starting from the initial entry time.
- Parking passes may be purchased in 1-, 3- or 7-day increments.
- Prices are subject to change and may increase over time.

100% refund 30 days before check-in
50% refund 14-30 days before check-in

NOTE:
This is a privately owned unit and independently managed by Vacation Rentals Waikiki.

Thus we can add more of a personal touch to our guest relations.

At the same time, having no daily scheduled housekeeping services, we graciously ask that you help us in our endeavors to preserve our beautiful environment here in Hawaii.

We encourage the reuse of towels by hanging them to dry and limit waste of toiletry items.

Regardless, if you need to wash your swimwear and towels, please use the laundry area at the 8th floor. Paper rolls and any other toiletry items can be purchased at the convenience stores nearby



PENALTY & GUIDELINES:
1. Please be aware that it’s a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.

2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs

3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.

4. We kindly request that you refrain from hanging towels or any other items from the lanai.
