This beautifully updated, fully furnished home is not only spacious, but it is also stocked with all the things you will need for a month or multi-month stay! Perfect for business travelers, a family, or a group of roommates, with two full bathrooms and five comfortable beds (one king and four queen beds). Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds (one bedroom has two queen beds as pictured), as well as large closets. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The stylish living room has plenty of space for your whole group, with a large wraparound sofa, large coffee table, and 65-inch TV. The home has high speed WiFi throughout and central heat and air-conditioning.

The beautiful dining table can seat 8-10 people and the large, open kitchen, with tons of counter space, has all the cooking utensils and serving ware you could need.

For laundry, there is a separate laundry room complete with a high-capacity washer/dryer and large walk-in storage closet.

For enjoying the outdoors, our home offers a lovely backyard with a patio, patio furniture, and a BBQ grill. There is plenty of space to park multiple cars in the driveway. The large outdoor shed with double locks can be used to store bikes, golf clubs, paddle boards/canoes, skis and other similar items.

Whether you are moving or temporarily relocating to Aurora as a medical professional, for medical treatment, the Armed Forces/National Guard, a Reservist on Orders, or working at the Denver International Airport, this home is located in the heart of Aurora, only minutes from each major location. The house is also near two major golf courses, parks, shopping centers, movie theaters and schools.

Guests will have access to everything in the entire house, front and back yard, driveway and shed that locks.

SMOKING of any kind and cannabis products are strictly prohibited inside the house. Please do NOT transfer the odor of any smoking or cannabis products to the fabrics inside the house. Guests will be charged with extra cleaning fees for any smoke-related odors.

TOWELS: Please do NOT use the bathroom or kitchen towels to clean shoes, the floor, or anything except your hands and body. Rags & towels specifically for cleaning can be found on the laundry room closet shelf. The mop and broom can be found in laundry room closet and there are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. If you need more kitchen or bath towels or cleaning supplies, please contact the property manager.
