Cozy Cottage is situated in the heart of Black Mountain and is only a short walk to Lake Tomahawk, downtown shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy the cozy living room with fireplace, updated kitchen with full amenities and fenced private outdoor area with fire pit and room for games. While only a short drive to Asheville, this location is also great for Montreat, Ridgecrest, and Christmount.

There are a total of 3 beds available including 1 king and 2 comfortable XL twin beds perfect for additional guest and little ones. Large couch in living room that could be used as an additional sleeping area or a great place to snuggle up to take a nap or read a good book.

Fully stocked kitchen-- Keurig with complimentary coffee pods, pots and pans, utensils, silverware and place settings.
You’ll pass a large grocery store on the way in if you need creamer!

Dining room: table and chairs for 4 guests

Living room: sitting area, television, board games and place to set up laptop, if necessary.

There are a total of 2 televisions, located in the living room and in main bedroom. Both are Smart TVs which can be connected to your streaming accounts such as Amazon, HULU, Netflix, etc.

Laundry Room: The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement. There's the perfect amount of space to wash/ dry your clothes - or if you get muddy from the outdoors, you can come in the back door and drop your clothes directly into the washing machine. There is a steamer located in the bathroom closet.

- Front porch where you can sit on the porch swing and listen to the birds chirp.
- Quaint side patio with outdoor dining set — a great place to eat dinner on warm evenings.
- Adirondack chairs in the backyard to use around the fire pit.
