Guests have access to the main house, the cottage, and all the surrounding grounds leading down to the lake frontage, as well as our private dock on Lake Garfield located on the western edge of the property.
As hosts we love to use the golden rule. Treat our space like your own and we will have no issues. If something breaks, please let us know ahead of time so that we can make sure it is fixed or replaced before next guests.

Beyond that, to keep it really simple, no smoking, no parties, and fires need to be out before leaving the property. Lifejackets must be worn at all times when doing any form of boating off the dock, Massachusetts State Law.
