A chef’s dream, the kitchen features a six-burner Bertazzoni stove with griddle and dual ovens, marble counters, and a farmhouse-style island perfect for group meals. Fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to elaborate feasts.

Enjoy the indoor/outdoor ping pong table, custom eight-person sauna, and jacuzzi with mountain views. In summer (June to August), cool off in the heated in-ground pool, surrounded by gardens designed to attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

This thoughtfully designed home combines comfort, privacy, and style for a memorable getaway, perfect for groups or families. Ample parking, including a Tesla charger, adds convenience to this beautiful retreat.

All areas of the first and second floors, and outdoors are available for use.

Access the house up a long driveway, offering plenty of privacy from the road. There is a large parking area which can accommodate up to 10 cars. Additional cars can be parked along the side of the driveway.

A Tesla charger is available for electric vehicles.

We are off-site but available by phone and text to answer any questions or concerns.

Nestled in the heart of the Berkshires, our home is located in North Egremont, a picturesque village in the scenic Berkshire Hills of southern Berkshire County, Massachusetts. This charming rural town is steeped in history and natural beauty, offering forested landscapes, active farms, and historic landmarks like the General Knox Trail. Visitors can explore scenic roads, diverse wildlife, and countless recreational opportunities.

Great Barrington (5-minute drive) – Enjoy fine dining, weekend brunches, high-end shopping, and nightly entertainment. Popular dining options include The Old Mill, Cafe Adam, Aegean Breeze, Cantina 229, and more.

A vehicle is recommended for getting around. There is parking for up to 10 cars at the property and more parking at the side of the driveway.

Please be mindful of our neighborhood and the natural acoustics of the property. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that there is no music or loud voices outside after 9:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and ask that all guests in your group are made aware of this important rule.

Heating & cooling:
- Central air conditioning downstairs (in the common area and bedroom)
- Each of the three upstairs bedrooms have a mini-split, heat pump for heating and cooling
-Must keep noise levels to a minimum. We have neighbors and have strict quiet hours starting 9pm
-No parties, partying, general rowdiness or events. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and within 50ft of the outside. After 8PM, smoking should be done individually to keep noise down.
-Please help keep a shoe-free home by leaving shoes by the entrance.
-No sublet, and no packages may be sent to the home without host approval.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.
-No food left outside or in cars, as there are lots of bears around!
-Private septic system: nothing besides toilet paper in the toilet.
-we allow up to one dog. No cats are allowed in home
