The main house is spread over Two Levels with plenty of room for two families.

With water views from nearly every room, this residence was meticulously designed to capture the beauty of its surroundings.

The gourmet Chef’s kitchen features top of the line stainless-steel appliances with five-burner gas cooktop, InstaView fridge, super quiet GE dishwasher, KitchenAid wall oven with built-in microwave.

It has all the upgraded non-stick T-Fal cookware sets, lots of pots and pans, utensils, bakeware and pantry essentials.

Main level, luxurious Primary bedroom offers King size bed, a large chair convertible to a single futon bed, and desk area for a laptop. Private balcony with water views - is a secluded outdoor oasis for exclusive use and a personal retreat.

En Suite primary bathroom is a spa-like sanctuary for ultimate relaxation and indulgence.

Bedrooms are equipped with its own flat screen TVs.

On the Upper level you will find spacious 2nd master bedroom with 2 Queen beds, desk area for your laptop station overlooking the water and a comfy chair.

Adjacent to it, there is 3d bedroom with Queen size futon and Single size convertible bed/chair.

Shared bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower.

All futon convertible beds/large chairs are furnished with all the necessary bedding - memory foam mattress topper, clean linens, blankets, pillows and towels.

On the Opposite side of the Upper level you will find 2 more bedrooms.

4th Bedroom has Queen size bed and Single size futon bed convertible to a large chair.

5th bedroom has a Full size bed and comfortable chair.

These two Bedrooms share stylish bathroom with a shower and double granite vanity.

The immense covered back deck invites you to sit down, admire the view, enjoy sunset drinks or spend a romantic evening stargazing. It’s equipped with a custom, top of the line five-burner BBQ with granite countertop.

Spacious Laundry room is on a main level with tons of space for folding and lux LG washer and dryer.

An outdoor shower is conveniently located in the back of the house on the lower level in front of the exterior stairs.

The exterior of the home is designed to complement its natural surroundings, featuring expansive windows that frame breathtaking Bay views.

Property also has a Summer Cottage (can be rented separately OR with a main house for an extra fee). Available starting 2026.

It has living space with 3 beds on the main level and 2 beds on the loft. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fridge, microwave and electric cook top, TV Netflix, Free WiFi!

All beds are furnished with clean linens, blankets, pillows and towels.
