Cleanliness, guest service and safety are our primary concern! We take special care to ensure the home is completely sanitized after each stay by our professional cleaning team, inspected by management and documented using industry-leading technology. We even go as far as to utilize ultraviolet sanitizers to sanitize TV, game console and ceiling fan remote controls after each stay! If you find anything that is not up to these cleanliness standards, or if anything seems out of place, please message us as soon as you discover.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 10 AM. Champions Gate is a secure community with guards at all entries. All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses.

Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee of $45 per pet, per night. Pets must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property.

BEDROOMS: Theme Park Vacation Homes designs our properties to provide the best accommodations for large groups! Our mix of luxury furniture in the adult rooms and living/dining/theatre rooms, paired with fun themed kids room makes the most out of sleeping and living arrangements for groups containing all age ranges. This home sleeps 20+ guests in 13 beds . Every mattress in every room is plush memory foam. Flat screen smart TVs are located in each bedroom, allowing you to login to your favorite streaming service! Each TV also has Spectrum cable and Samsung TV Plus apps with hundreds of channels on each. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 with queen sized beds, 2 kids rooms with a twin and a full each, and a bunk room with 4 beds and built in slide!

BATHROOMS: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and mouth wash), toilet paper, plush bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. There are 5 hair dryers, 1 per bathroom. Please note that toiletries are limited. If you have a multi-day stay or large group you will need to bring additional supplies.

We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers after each stay!

OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & jacuzzi on site with large covered outdoor seating area and dining table. (Additional charge for heat ($45 per night) and grill($65 per tank). Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee or $45 per pet per night. No dangerous breed dogs

Champions Gate is the #1 destination for short term rentals! Nearly every house in the community is a short term rental and the house and neighborhood are laid out to create a top-notch, luxurious vacation experience! All guests enjoy free access to the 2 resort style clubhouses in the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The Retreat Clubhouse is .3 miles away and easily walkable. The Oasis clubhouse is on the opposite side of the neighborhood, about 1.2 miles. There is a FREE SHUTTLE to both Champions Gate Clubhouses from noon until 8pm. Please see the house manual (Sent upon booking) and the flyer on the entry table for the phone number for the shuttle.
