Welcome to the Beach Front Vista, a beautiful beachfront studio condo with two comfortable queen sized beds, just steps to the beautiful white sand.

Inside Beach Front Vista, you'll enjoy a stunning beach and pool view, two beds, comfy seating, a smart TV, and a kitchen area with appliances large and small plus cookware, dishes and utensils to enjoy meals and snacks. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and internet is fast and free throughout the complex.

Enjoy complimentary beach chair for two w/umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31. A $40/day value, this is no charge for our guests. You'll love having less to carry to enjoy the gorgeous Gulf!

Enjoy the beautiful resort pool, plus a snack shack with a rooftop area, exercise room. and game room. This unit does not have a balcony, but there is a nice communal balcony area on this floor for everyone to use. There isn't a washer and dryer in the condo but a laundry room with washer/dryers is conveniently located very nearby, on the same floor as this condo across the hall from the elevator.

Important Notes:
~ Views: enjoy a great view through our floor-to-ceiling window. There is NO PRIVATE BALCONY, but a large communal balcony with comfy chairs is just a few steps down the hall.
~ Booking Requirements: primary renter must be at least 21, sign a rental agreement, and be present for the stay. A $150 refundable damage deposit hold is required.
~ Resort Fee: a $30 one-time resort fee is paid to the resort upon arrival and includes a parking pass.
~ Policies: maximum 4 guests. No pets, emotional support animals (ESAs), or visitors allowed.

Perfectly located where S Thomas Drive meets Thomas Dr, among many of Panama City Beach's best restaurants. Guests can easily access any of the fantastic restaurants (including a pizza place and an ice cream shop right in front of our building), water parks, grocery stores and more. We are less than 5 miles to Pier Park and approximately 6 miles to Frank Brown Park. A stroll down the beach to the west will find you at Pineapple Willy's, one of the most iconic, don't-miss restaurants/bars in PCB, and just a couple hundred yards east is the world-famous, family-friendly Tootsie's restaurant and bar (three stories with a pool and live music) on the beach.

Quick trip

Host was super easy to communicate with and quick to respond . She was very accommodating and helpful. The facility was nice and all of the workers were super friendly. It was Easter weekend and they greeted the kiddos with Easter eggs. It was calm and perfect for families! we will def book with this host again!

Will not book anywhere else

Me and my family have stayed at this condo twice now and will not book with anyone else. The condo is very nice and clean every time we use it. Also the lady (Pam) that we book from is very nice and easy to get ahold of any time. She is on top of things and answers any and all questions we may have. Can’t go wrong with booking with Pam.

Studio with a view

Amazing view as promised. I spent many moments just looking out the window or over the balconies. We actually saw a sunset wedding and some sunrise yoga. The resort was clean and well managed. I noticed a groundsman picking up and maintaining the area pretty constantly. The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. Even the chair rental attendant was very nice. The kids enjoyed the pool area and we spent equal time on the beach. Panama is beautiful especially in the fall and was a perfect trip for our break. Thanks so much to our host Pam. I’ve already shared your condo info with friends looking to book in the spring.

PCB Gem!

I traveled to PCB with my 2 teenagers. This studio was perfect for us. Beach service included, a 3 min walk to beach, super fast elevator and views from every floor. Huge pool with lots of chairs. Well equipped studio with 2 queen beds and all appliances you need. Great coffee pot! My kcups have never tasted better! I think I’m gonna get the exact pot for my house! My only suggestion for this rental is more towel racks to hang towels to dry. But I’m just nitpicking. You can’t go wrong renting this unit through Pam. She’s a fantastic host.

Nice Condo at PCB

Nice property and condo. The property is clean, if a little worn, and looked like it was still recovering from the hurricane a few years ago. The condo was newly refurbished and very clean. It was well appointed and comfortable. Pool area was nice and the pool actually had an 8 foot deep end. The beach was just steps away.

Love the beach

We have stayed at Top of the Gulf twice and have loved it every time. The condo we stayed in this time was the best one so far.

The property (building) did sustain some slight damage from Hurricane Michael and the work is coming to a completion soon. . My individual property has been completely remodeled by the former owners, and I will be doing more this month. Thank you for choosing my property!
