We just finished building this beautiful new Beach House!
It’s a 2 min walk to the beach (between the Guilded Iquana Surf Club and Norte Hotel) and 2 min walk to restaurants.

The space
The house is a 4 bedroom house with 3 Primary Bedrooms on the 2nd floor all with King beds and Full Bathrooms.
The Den on the ground can be converted into a 4th BR (will easily fit 3 kids) with an 80” TV.
The Couch/Bed is U shaped 15’ across and 8’ on both sides. The Den also has a large Armoire and a Full Bathroom.

There is a private salt water pool, two outdoor showers, plenty of street parking and lush meticulous landscaping to create your own very private outdoor oasis.

All bedrooms have blackout and sheer curtains.

AC units everywhere in the house

StarLink internet is strong, with a wifi mesh network to blanket the house and exterior living area with excellent wifi.

There is a large dining table that seats up to 10 outside.
My wife and I both love to cook so the house is set up very well for that-fully appointed kitchen.

Guests will have access to the entire house and will enter the property with a key code on front door. There is a new Washer and Dryer that guest will have access to

My Family has been coming to Nosara for years, we just love it and know you will too!
