The basement is not included in your reservation and is a separate rental - so you may hear other people in the lower level, and see other people at the property around the exterior. You do not share any spaces with the basement tenants - they have a separate entrance entirely.
The fireplace is not operational and should not be used. For safety reasons, we kindly ask guests to refrain from attempting to light or use the fireplace during their stay.
All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.
A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.
Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Kitchen well equipped for a large group, bedrooms comfortable. The large common area which included the kitchen, two tables and comfortable couches and chairs was a highlight for our multi-generation family gathering. Two of the showers were walk in which was also helpful for accessibility.

This place was perfect for us. Only a 20 minute walk away from Cross Cancer where a family member was having treatments. A nice quiet neighbourhood. All the room we needed in the house.

Spacious house
Great location and pretty view to park across the street. Good house for our family to stay in. Lots of bedrooms and a large living space. Kitchen was well stocked. Couch could be updated - it’s a little saggy.

We enjoyed staying in a spacious house located in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for our family. The facilities were well-equipped, and the only thing we needed to bring was our own toothbrushes.
What was unfortunate was that, at check-in, we found a large number of towels left halfway through the wash in the washing machine. Since we couldn’t just leave them, we had to wash, dry, and put them away ourselves. We were also bothered by noise from another group staying in the basement room. On top of that, one night they apparently locked themselves out and suddenly came to us late at night asking for help, which startled us.

Upon arrival the front entrance was covered by overgrown weeds and vines, not inviting. Which set the tone, the house itself is expansive but patched together with an incohesive bedroom with the only main floor bathroom (had no toilet paper holder) The upstairs bathroom and adjacent bedroom did not have power (no lights) so could not be used. We later were advised after we had checked out that it was determined to be the GFSI in the bathroom however we’re not clear how that would have affected the power across the hallway. The master bedroom tv and the filtered water dispenser were inoperable and we had trouble with the upper oven but we’re told it was a switch. As with a lot of rentals they are tired from use and that is the case with this one it features great with the pictures however we were disappointed
