What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighbourhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighbourhood fills out.

Our house comfortably sleeps 16 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 full bed on the main floor, and 3 queen size beds located downstairs, and one queen pullout couch in the bonus room upstairs - perfect for kids!
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

Getting around from our property is easy and convenient. Our VRBO is located just minutes away from the main roadway the Anthony Henday providing easy access to the rest of the city.

Public transportation options, including buses and the LRT, are also readily available for those who prefer not to drive. Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for a hassle-free commute.

For those with personal vehicles, ample street and garage pad parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the property is provided. Whatever your preferred mode of transportation, you'll find it easy and convenient to get around and explore all that Edmonton has to offer from our comfortable and convenient location


Guest access
You have full and total access of our home with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Windermere Currents - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed. The boys enjoyed having the basement to play foosball and hangout away from the adults. The host were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property

Fantastic property

The pictures of the home do not do it justice! It was absolutely immaculate and easily fit our large party. The property managers went above and beyond for us working with us on special requests to ensure our needs were met. I would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was big & spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. And it was only a short drive to the city & to the river for relaxing on the hot summer days. Thank you!

Edmonton getaway

The house is clean and spacious and fit our large group of family and friends. Location is convenient to airport. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions. Thanks Michael and Katrina for a great stay! We would definitely return!

Not as advertised

After not being able to check in until 2 hours after our confirmed check in time, the house was extremely dirty. Pans of oil left in oven, bathrooms were smoked in, every on/off light switch had orange finger prints on them, BBQ not cleaned and out of propane. TV remotes all missing except 1, no ample parking on street - had to park around the block several times, construction right behind house from 0700-2000 every day which appears to be ongoing for the next long while. Host responded hope your enjoying your stay when we complained. Did fix something’s but offered to come clean after we had sanitized entire house - so they said they fixed it. Had to clean upholstery on kitchen chairs. Garbage piled so high in garage and stunk. Cleaner came back with linen and expected us to put it away. Shower door off track - did come fix. Not enough and wrecked cutlery - dropped of new stuff day before we left after 3/4’s of our family had left - we had to purchase disposable to have enough. Old toast found under bed. Old potato found in cupboard. Yard is blocked off with a piece of wood and balcony is about 2 feet from Neighbors - no privacy at all. But kept getting messages hoping we enjoyed our visit. We certainly left the house 10 times cleaner than we received it. The only good thing we have to say about this property is the repair man was polite, kind and responsive.

WORST EXPERIENCE, avoid booking with Pique Properties. Read Google reviews first before booking!

My group arrived right at check in time and the place was a MESS: cigarette, garbage, dirt chunks on the floors throughout the house, all beds slept in/used, hair all over the bathrooms and beds, dirty towels everywhere. I called right away and they let me know they missed cleaning this property and let me know that they will refund us 664.17 for the first night but I later find out that they are only refunding us 87.50 (half the cleaning fee) which is a complete disrespect to our group after that experience. Because we had to wait for the cleaners, we had to move all our luggage back to our car and pushed our plans back with some of us not being able to use the place to rest after a 9 hour drive. When the cleaners finally finished cleaning (took over 2 hours to get the place ready), we were still disappointed: we found crumbs on some tables, all the towels were still wet (we had to now spend extra time drying these further pushing us back on our schedule), and saw disturbing stains on the bedroom walls. It was very stressful communicating this to them. I paid for this knowing that I would be able to relax and trust that Pique Properties will deliver as they’ve mentioned on the posting. They would ask again and again if we are satisfied with our stay even when I mentioned we were not - they were not listening to our complaints and concerns (poor customer service). Clearly on Google reviews (written before our stay) this is a recurring issue.
