Pool heating is available for $75/day and is recommended from October to May. Please provide 48 hours' notice to request pool heating. During summer, pool temperatures range from 85–95°F.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: After 4 PM.
Check-out: 11 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available at no extra cost if scheduling permits.
Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?
No. The property features keyless entry. A unique code will be provided before arrival for added safety and convenience.
Do you provide daily cleaning service?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay.
What is provided with my accommodations?
Fully furnished home with a kitchen stocked with:
Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and food processor.
Cooking and serving items (plates, bowls, utensils, corkscrew, etc.).
Spice rack, salt, and pepper.
Linens, bath towels, and pool towels.
Initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap.
Laundry soap and dryer sheets are also provided.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, for a fee of 150 per pet
Parking
Parking for 4 vehicles: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
Street parking is allowed during the day but not overnight. Violations may result in fines or towing.
Are there security cameras?
Yes, exterior cameras are located at:
Garage.
Entrance gate.
Backyard (facing outward toward the courtyard).
Cameras do not monitor interior spaces.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket)
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
