A large family-friendly home in the centrally-located Fruitdale Neighborhood features 4 bedrooms, plenty of kid-friendly space, a roomy spot to work, and a great backyard space for pets and kids to run.
This updated home offers 4 large bedrooms for guests. There is a full shared bath as well as a half bath that is connected to the master bedroom. This home sits on a half acre lot and offers a very nice yard space as well as a huge pagoda for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Not only do you have access to a large back yard but the home is also located next to a wildlife preserve. Foxes (and their babies!), coyotes, and numerous other species are commonly seen sunning themselves, running down the road, or playing in a front yard. It`s a very unique experience!
Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard during their stay, and there is ample off-street parking in the front.
I`m happy to help out and answer any questions you have about local guidelines, current restrictions and area recommendations. However, I`ll also stay out of the way and be available only if you need me.
The garages in the back behind the fence are used for a business so the owner may be there from time to time to get supplies, etc.
You are more than welcome to use the front garage. There is enough space for two cars.
This home is on a quiet family-friendly street; most residents have lived in their homes for 25 + years. There is a playground, park and dog park a short walk away and it is centrally-located to grocery stores, farmers markets, shopping, and outdoor areas for walking, hiking, biking, etc.
There is ample off-street parking in the front of the home and a two-car garage available for use. Bus transportation is within blocks and the light rail is 7-10 minutes away, however a car is recommended for ease of access to everything in the area.
A garage on the other side of the fence and sheds in the back yard are used for a business. Rarely the owner may stop by for supplies but will stay out of your way and will notify you if they need to come on the property.

No smoking of any kind on the property, inside or out. No parties or large gatherings on the property. Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it prior to checking out.
