This charming studio is located in a newly renovated adults only boutique hotel. The unit features a queen size bed, a full bath with a shower/ jacuzzi tub combo, and Roku T.V so that you may log on to all of your favorite streaming services. We are centrally located in the heart of Hollywood FL,FL the beach, FLL and Hollywood BLVD are all 10 min away.

Guests are available to use everything inside the home.

★ Important★

This is an ADULTS ONLY boutique hotel. Kids are not allowed on the grounds. If our staff notify us of any children you will be removed from the property immediately and Airbnb will be contacted so that they cancel your booking immediately with no refund.

Currently the pool onsite is NOT available to the public for safety reasons as we are in the process of installing a heating feature. If you are found in the pool you will be removed from the property and Airbnb will be contacted so that they cancel your booking immediately with no refund. We are working hard so that our guests may enjoy our pool as soon as possible! All other outside features are available for our guests to enjoy.

★ Our Tropical Climate ★

☑ It can get really hot during the day. Bring sunscreen to protect your skin.
☑ We live in a tropical climate so bugs and mosquitoes are common we recommend bringing bug repellent.
☑ We constantly treat our homes. However please follow these instruction to prevent bugs from coming into our home:
☑ Keep ALL doors and windows closed as much as possible.
☑ Don't leave any food or sweets out.
☑ Keep the home as clean as possible during your stay.

★ Maintenance ★

☑ Please throw trash away in the garbage bins located at the front of the home.

☑ Please do not have the A/C on with doors/ windows open as this can cause severe damage to the homes. Our cleaners ensure all windows are closed upon arrival and video document it. Any damage to the A/C will be billed to guest via Airbnb resolution center w/ proof from plumber.

☑ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet as this can cause clogs to the pipes due to the homes age. Plumbing fees will be charged via resolution center w/ proof from plumber.

☑ Landscapers and pool cleaners come every two weeks to cut the grass and once a week to clean the pool. We leave a pool stick for the in between days.

We are available from 8-9 PM. For any emergencies please call 911.

If there is any issue please let us know as we are always happy to help resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Guests will allow host a 24 hour grace period to fix any major problems that would require external help.
