quiet clean room. A little odd that the room door cannot be locked when you as the renter leave, so I did not feel comfortable leaving my laptop and other small valuables in the room.

I had an amazing stay! The room truly lives up to the “luxury” description — it was spotless, beautifully designed, and very cozy. Everything was thoughtfully put together, from the comfortable bed to the modern finishes and amenities. It felt both stylish and welcoming.The location in Frisco was perfect — very convenient and close to everything I needed. Check-in was smooth and completely stress-free.Chloe was an exceptional host — very responsive, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She made sure everything was comfortable and that I had a great experience.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and luxury stay. 10/10!

The entrance of the house was very nice.The room was REALLY NICE and CLEAN. That shower was EVERYTHING! There was one problem though....the bedroom door did not lock. So we locked it from the outside....When went to leave that morning, we were locked in. We tried to open the window to get out, but it would not open. We knocked to get someone attention to let us out. After about 15 minutes of knocking the guy (not Chloe, her dad) came. We had to slide the key under the door so he could unlock the door to let us out. He did not get the lock fixed all day Saturday. We left Sunday, I truly hope it is fiixed now for the next house guests. Other then that they were great host. If the door is fixed I would definitely stay again if in that area. Y'all should check them out.

We are pleased that you found the room clean and neat, as we take great pride in maintaining a very high standard for our luxury accommodation. Unfortunately, the previous guest broke the room key before your check-in, Lilian. Since it happened over the weekend, I was unable to get a key repair specialist or handyman available at the time. I explained the situation to you clearly during your stay. I purchased a new key immediately after you brought the issue to my attention and also showed you the new key. However, due to the weekend, there was no handyman available to install it while you were staying with us. As of today, Monday, May 11, 2026, the new key has been successfully installed, and everything in the apartment is now in perfect condition. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards in hosting our guests and ensuring a comfortable experience for every guest.

The property was listed as a one-bedroom apartment. But once I started communicating with the owner, found out it was for a room in there residents. We decided to give it a try because they explained it would be total and complete privacy. Also I was communicating with Chloe who I thought was a female. Because we were females staying I thought it would be safe enough but upon arrival I was greeted by a man, Chad, who gave me the keys. When we came home that night he came down the stairs then asked how long I was going to have the light on. This was not complete privacy as expected so we did not feel comfortable staying with a man when I thought it was a woman which is why I even decided to try it. I feel it was falsely advertised. On the other hand the place is very beautiful and clean and in a great area. Just need to be clear to renters that you are renting a room in your residence and you live upstairs.
