The unit is located near to Shops at Legacy, just a few minutes walking to restaurants and bars. About 10min drive to Pier 121 and 30min driving to downtown Dallas.

The apartment size is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. to accommodate your group comfortably.

It also contains 2 dedicated work stations one in the office and the other in the master so you have a place to work and focus. Dinning table can also be used for work if one extra station is needed.

Most basic amenities are provided so you can relax and focus on whatever you need to do without worrying with small things.

You will have private access to the entire unit.

The Shops at Legacy are within a couple minutes walking from the apartment. There you can find restaurants, store’s, bars and much more fun.

Lewisville lake (Pier 121) is about 10min drive.

The community has a beautiful lake to walk by at any time during day or evening. It is also a pet friendly community.

Your reservation includes one parking space. For additional parking space, there’s a couple spots you can park on the street or on the roof of the parking lot where visits can park.

Vehicle registration is required before arrival.

- BEDROOM 2 (LIVING/GUESTS ROOM): 2 PEOPLE

- Please load the dishwasher before leaving and start it.
