Welcome to our DREAMY 3 BEDROOM / 3.5 BATH HOME in Wedgwood Houston! COZY VIBE & perfect for large groups!

* HeiarLivin has 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 BD, 2 BD, 3 BD & 4 BDs that sleep large groups!

Welcome to our 3 BEDROOM / 3.5 BATH HOME in Wedgwood Houston! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire home with a custom living room stone wall, wood wall in the master & our wonderfully designed FLOATING queen bunk bed! This beautiful home sleeps large groups comfortably & has a very COZY VIBE! It is perfect for couples & groups coming to Music City!


MAIN FLOOR:
The kitchen is open to the dining & living room making it feel very warm & cozy. The kitchen has all brand new appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a meal. There is a cozy little balcony off the living room with couch seating & tiki lighting to relax & overlook the front yard. Off the living room is a daybed with 2 twin beds for extra sleeping.


FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bunk Beds

SECOND FLOOR:

The home will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathrooms, as well as extra blankets & pillows around the home. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Wedgwood Houston is one of the newest neighborhoods in Nashville! Our home is right next to the Nashville Flea Market & the new Nashville Sounds stadium that is being built! Definitely a hot area in the works!

Many of the best places in town are within a short distance! I recommend using Uber/Lyft or the Joyride golf carts. They are usually available within minutes!

Great Place, Even Better Service!

We really enjoyed this location, especially since we were in town from some Nashville SC action. You can literally see the Stadium from the kitchen! Really big townhouse, clean, modern, great for families or a group of friends. But what really made this special was the service we received. We had booked another place and they cancelled at the last minute. The owners of this rental responded so quickly, really saving our Nashville trip! Thank you Lacey, you rock!

Girls weekend away

Wonderful girls weekend in Nashville. This location is close to everything and we always felt safe in the area. Owners very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Nashville! Can’t say enough about the property and the owners!

Perfect house for our girls trip to Nashville!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during our girls weekend in Nashville. The house was clean and beautiful and the beds were so incredibly comfortable! The couch was another extremely comfortable spot in the house :) Lacey is super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this property and will definitely reach out to Lacey for future visits to Nashville. Thank you Lacey and Derek for allowing to stay in your beautiful property!!

Spring Break 2020

First and foremost, Lacey was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was acutely available to answer any and all questions from the booking process, through the entire stay. I booked this property due to its close proximity to the downtown area. It is beyond convenient. Albeit, staying closer to Broadway and the strip may be enticing to you. Just be reminded that you can't escape the louder atmosphere. This property provides you the comfort of an incredibly safe, quiet area to rest when rest is both warranted and needed. While the pictures on the website were quite appealing, the property is even better in person! Bedding was better than a luxury hotel and candidly, I have traveled extensively around the globe for work and would rent this condo in any other location. More than enough towels, basic toiletries, etc. There is only one small suggestion I may make and it is quite small. Add an additional TV. Finally, the cost makes this property a virtual "no brainer" if your looking for the most benefit for your money! It is rare to find a property with so much space, clean, en suite bathrooms, laundry facilities, full kitchen with utensils, two car garage, etc. I will reach out to Lacey again in the future!!!

Nice property

Basic but nicely kept property, includes a "3 story stairmaster." Lot of stairclimbing, but overall, quiet neighborhood, if you aren't there during the race car activities next door at the track, which at times were kind of deafening (keep the windows closed). It was a great stay and Lacey was always very responsive and a wonderful host! Would definitely come back !

Wonderful stay!! ❤️

Derek and Lacey’s place was just wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and everything was so easy. The open living space was great to entertain and have everyone together even in a large group of 9! The monthly flea market was happening over the weekend that we were there and it is within walking distance so it was a nice little walk to go see all of the treasures. I would 100% recommend Heiar livin!

South Nashville home

We loved this house! We were 8 Canadian girls visiting Nashville for 4 days/nights and this house suited us perfectly! Plenty of space for everyone, we loved the layout, the kitchen and all the amenities. The house was stocked with everything we needed, was exceptionally clean and tidy and Lacey was fantastic to deal with, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend Lacey and this house and we hope to be back to visit again!

Lacey was so accommodating! She's easy to get a hold of and super nice! The house is brand new and gorgeous! There were 4 of us traveling for work and it was the perfect end to our trip. We could not have been happier with the house or Lacey!
