Large windows in the kitchen offer partial views of Onondaga Lake. The adjacent bathroom features a subway-tiled shower, sleek white vanity, and thoughtful amenities like a hair dryer and iron, neatly tucked away for convenience.
Bedrooms
Three private bedrooms, all on one level, feature queen beds, blackout curtains, area rugs, accent walls, and nightstands with charging ports. One room includes a dedicated work space with a full desk setup—perfect for remote work or study.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, present a valid driver's license, and provide a selfie for identity verification. Access will only be granted once these requirements are fulfilled. The agreement includes the house rules listed below and clearly outlines specific Airbnb terms upon booking acceptance. Feel free to request the document before confirming your booking.
The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.
Local bookings—defined as guests residing in the same city or county as the property—are allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.
Please be aware that guests staying for 30 days or longer are considered legal tenants per the laws of New York State. In some cases, the host may conduct additional screening and/or request the guest to sign a lease.
The host reserves the right to have the guest cancel with Airbnb, with no financial cost or repercussion to the hosts, in the event guests fail to comply.
**HOUSE RULES:**
- The attic and downstairs apartment/porch are off limits
- No parties allowed
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises
- No smoking
- Pet waste must be taken care of
- Please respect check-in window (3pm-10pm) and check- out (11am) times
- Please do not cut on the butcher block countertops; use cutting boards
- Take out the trash/recyclables when full. Side or back of property.
As our property is an apartment, it's important to note that some level of noise might be noticeable between units. Please help us keep this to a minimum by adhering to quiet hours (10PM – 8AM) and demonstrating apartment etiquette:
- Please keep noise to a minimum when using the stairs late at night, as the downstairs bedrooms are located nearby
- Keep noise levels to a minimum
- No slamming doors
