It's important to note that, like many older homes, there may be some noise transfer between apartments, and you might occasionally encounter creaky or slightly uneven floors in certain areas. Outside of the back exit, there's a small deck and patio set for enjoying meals outdoors, which is shared with the downstairs apartment.
The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. You'll enjoy the same comfortable mattress found in the main bedroom.
Toward the back of the house is an elegant bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and timeless fixtures. This district is loaded with history, parks, festivals and the city's own Rosamond Gifford Zoo.
If you happen to be in the area around the month of March, Tipp Hill knows how to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Green Beer Sunday kicks off the festivities traditionally on the last Sunday of February at Coleman's Authentic Irish Pub. And, for those searching for fitness and fun thereâs the annual Shamrock 4-mile run that also celebrates the beautiful hilly landscape of the area.
Kindly remember, this is a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care and respect. If any issues arise, we'll act as swiftly as possible, although there isn't someone on-site 24/7.

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.
Local bookingsâdefined as guests residing in the same city or county as the propertyâare allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.
For stays of 30 days or longer, a separate long-term lease may be required to comply with New York State law. - No slamming doors
