* Guests do not have access to Schaffer’s Mill community amenities.
* No smoking anywhere on the property.
* No open flames—Tahoe’s forests are highly fire-prone.
* No parties, events, or commercial shoots.
* Shoes off inside, please.
* Three floors—stairs are involved!
* BBQ and patio furniture available May–October (weather permitting).
* Max 3 vehicles: 1 in garage, 2 in driveway.

Things to Keep in Mind
Tahoe’s beauty comes with unpredictability—wildfires, storms, and the occasional Wi-Fi hiccup are beyond our control. Refunds for such issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Our cancellation policy is firm—no refunds for weather, road conditions, or air quality. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
