Escape to our fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with brand new appliances, beds/mattresses and designer furniture! Our condo has a primary bedroom with a King Bed (brand new tempur-pedic mattress), guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a full size Pottery Barn crib, and a den featuring a full size memory foam pullout coach. Our condo has an oversized, shaded, secluded porch featuring a dining table for 6, loungers and swing. We have a Veer All-Terrain XL Wagon available for guest use, which carries up to 4 kids or 250 lbs.

The unit has a washer/dryer, Breville Espresso Machine (instructions included :)), Keurig Coffee Maker, Cafe Appliance Microwave, Electric Stove/Oven, Dishwasher. Our brand new fridge features an ice maker and in-fridge water. Our kitchen is equipped brand new plates, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils etc. Strong WIFI and cable TV are included.

For families, we have a full size pottery barn kendall crib with linens, portable bed rails, booster seat, toddler/kid games and books, pool toys and scooter.

Our condo is located on the West side of Sea Colony which is ~0.5 miles to Sea Colony's private beach. In the summer months, Sea Colony has 3 trams operating from (9am to 8:30pm) to take guests from our unit to the beach. There is a tram stop directly outside our unit. The tram has a downloadable app, making it easy to track tram times. There are 12 heated pools (both indoor and outdoor) available for guest use in Sea Colony including one that is a 2 minute walk from our condo. At the Aquatics Center (4 min bike ride, 10 min walk), there is a brand new splash pad and water slide. The main tennis facility offering group clinics and lessons is a 5 minute walk from our unit. Pickleball courts and a playground are also a 5 minute walk from our unit.

The town of Bethany Beach is less than 1 mil from Sea Colony and has a boardwalk, fantastic restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, bookstore, shopping and playgrounds. There is a also small shopping center about 0.5 mil from our condo with restaurants, surf shop, ice cream shop, Candy Kitchen, and bike rental.

Additional Items:
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages four years old and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory to access the pools, recreation facilities AND the Sea Colony private beach. For the 2025 Season Guest Badge Fees are:
