The main bedroom is generously sized, featuring a king-size bed and an adjoining, high-end main bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a double vanity, a relaxing soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a convenient washer/dryer.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts new countertops & appliances and comes with all the necessary cookware, pots, pans, and utensils to create a gourmet meal. The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The cozy living space opens up to a private balcony, providing a peaceful outdoor retreat. For added convenience, the living area also includes a sleeper sofa, making it perfect for guests.

Please note that parking passes are required and must be pre-purchased online through the HOA. Each pass costs $50 per stay and must be registered to your vehicle. During peak season, there is a limit of one parking pass per unit. However, a second pass may be available during the off-season and can be used in the overflow lot.
