Welcome to your penthouse retreat in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains! This top-floor, 7th-floor condo offers stunning mountain and city views from a prime location just off the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Our home is part of the award-winning Mountain View Condo complex, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.

Step inside and feel right at home in the cozy living room, featuring an electric fireplace, a 50" Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and two recliners perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Your private balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs, is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching
the sunrise over the beautiful mountains.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests:
**Master Bedroom:** A restful king-sized bed with a pillow-top mattress.
**Living Room:** A queen-sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
**Sleeping Nook:** A cozy alcove with a set of bunk beds, perfect for children.

Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen, which includes both a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker—just bring your food! The luxurious master bathroom features a double sink granite vanity, a walk-in glass shower, and a large soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. A convenient half-bath is located
just off the main living space.

Guest Access

As our guest, you'll have full access to the resort-style amenities. Our building is the closest to the pools and playground, making it easy to enjoy everything the complex has to offer.

**Year-Round Indoor Pool:** A heated, enclosed pool perfect for any season.
**Seasonal Outdoor Pool:** A heated outdoor pool open from April through October.
**Year-Round Hot Tub:** Unwind in the bubbling hot tub anytime.

Other amenities include a playground, a half basketball court, tetherball, horseshoes, a bean bag toss, and a quarter-mile walking path with benches and swings. A central elevator and guest luggage carts are available to make your arrival and departure a breeze.

The Neighborhood

Our condo is ideally situated between traffic lights #0 and #1 on the Pigeon Forge Parkway, giving you quick access to all the area's top destinations while being tucked away in a quiet complex. You are just a short drive from countless attractions, with Dollywood, The Ripken Experience, Country Tonite Theatre,
and Five Oaks Outlet Mall all within a four-mile radius.

Getting Around

Exploring the area is simple. For your convenience, a trolley stop is located at the bottom of the hill from the complex, providing easy transportation around Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas.

House Rules

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:

• Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted in the condo.
• Strictly NO PETS are allowed.
• An additional cleaning fee will be applied if these rules are not followed.
• Cancellation Policy: Guests receive a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund for cancellations made 14 to 30 days before check-in.

Important Information
• We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and two garbage bags.
• All linens and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels for pool use.
• A full-sized stacked washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are available in the unit. Laundry detergent is not provided.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.
• A swimming pool security stick is supplied for access to the pool area.
• No trailers are allowed per HOA, they will be towed at the owners expense.
