L'Art Alley Loft est un studio propre et frais, construit spécialement pour les visiteurs désirant être au cœur des activités d'Austin. Ce bel appartement dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'un espace salon confortable avec une salle de bain privée de luxe qui vous offre un droit de retraite personnel au milieu d'un des endroits préférés de la ville d'Austin.

Notre cœur de l'emplacement SoCo est juste à côté S. Congress Ave, dans le quartier de Bouldin Creek, à quelques minutes du centre-ville et du centre de SoCo, à deux rues de l'hôtel San Jose et au coin de l'hôtel South Congress. Tous nos visiteurs apprécient vraiment ce domaine dynamique.

Nice place for one or two people

Clean and cool when you need to get out of the heat. Plenty of restaurants around especially Magnolia. Great food for reasonable prices. Lots of nice shops to browse around in.

Great place for a short stay in Austin

Amazing location and welcoming hosts (who as other reviewers have mentioned, provided us with some tasty home brew on arrival). The loft was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Free beers, water, and snacks were a nice touch, and except for a coffee maker (there is a kettle) we had everything we could ask for. Only slight downside is that the walls are somewhat thin, and if you have neighbors staying in the other loft, you'll definitely know it (especially if they decide to start playing the piano that's in that one!). All in all, a great and convenient place to stay for a short trip to Austin.

Wonderful!!

Ideal location. Nan was there to greet us upon arrival to answer any questions. Charming location, clean, great walkable neighborhood. Grocery across the alley (short hop for morning coffee!) plus shops. We ran out of time to enjoy all the restaurants we intended to try. Nan recommended "Fasten" (Austin version of Uber). It was great for our return to airport and 30% less than cab from airport. Ideal for bus service to Capitol, UT, LBJ Library, 6th Street restaurants (try Parkside!). We would definitely stay here again when visiting Austin.

Small and perfectly formed in a great spot.

Although this property is a studio it has everything you need for a stay in Austin. There are many bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby including both C Boys and The Continental Club if music is your thing. Sixth Street is about a 25 minute walk down hill - although of course this means it's uphill on the way home! However, if you can't face walking, an Uber home from down town costs about $8. We also enjoyed breakfast at June's which is literally 2 minutes away. Nan is quick to respond to any queries and check in is really easy. A great apartment and highly recommended.

Cute loft in fun area

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the loft. We were super bummed that on our first day there we had planned to bike all around Austin and the property boasted lots of bikes for our use. Turns out, only John can handle the bikes and his wife Nan, just flat out wouldn't lend us one even though they were right there in front of her. Super annoying! We ended up spending over $70 to rent bikes and had to walk downtown to get them. Other than that, the loft was fine. Could have used a full length mirror or just a second mirror out of the bathroom so that we were not fighting for bathroom time and space.

Seeing Austin by Bicycle is one of the best ways to experience our wonderful city. We have 12 quality bicycles available for guests to choose from, including: Specialized, Peugeot, Schwinn and Trek (check our photo section to see the bikes) stored onsite across our driveway. All of our bicycles are trail or city style with a minimum of 7 gears and rack on the back for carrying small items (i.e. Towels if you are riding to Barton Springs Pool). Our bicycles are regularly maintained, tuned, cleaned and lubricated for trouble free use. We provide helmet, lock and lights and we take the time to set up the seat height and make sure the bike is comfortable for each rider. This process starts with a simple waiver form followed by a review of the shifter and brake controls and a test ride to make sure all is working well before riding off to see Austin. This process takes about 30 minutes for two bicycles. Our guests store the bikes in the Art Alley Lofts courtyard where they can access them anytime. We typically set up guests with bikes in the late afternoon or the following morning, depending on check in timing. Best of all, our bicycles are free to use for our guests. We have successfully provided bicycles to hundreds of guests over our 3 years of operation. We strive to make each Art Alley Loft guest very happy with his or her visit and to exceed expectations – please read through our 50+ reviews averaging 5 stars !! In this case we had guests who arrived at 1:30 am and used our lockbox to get in. (Sometimes we can stay up to meet late night arrivals and sometimes we use the lockbox.) We met the guests at 9:30 am the following morning to greet them and complete the check-in. We gave them the bicycle waiver forms and offered to set up a time later in the morning to get them bicycles, as we had to run off to an appointment just after the check-in. They wanted the bikes right then and wanted to take the bikes in the courtyard that were already in use by other guests. They chose to go find their own rental bikes instead of meeting us later in the day. We saw these guests during the stay and they said they loved our Art Alley Lofts and our fabulous location and made no mention of the bikes, until we received the review. We were very surprised. We love making every single guest extremely happy with his or her stay at our Art Alley Lofts and will continue to do everything reasonably possible to exceed our guests’ expectations.

Verry good choice for two and a rental car. The unit is behind stores and restaurants in an alley.With deliveries and thrash pick up in the early hours. No big deal but was not ready for the wake-up call. Will stay again.👍🏽👍🏽Mercy Nan

This loft is in a great location, close to So. Congress dining and shopping. Our host was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat or drink. It was also an easy walk to Capitol or UT.

Awesome location and host!

My colleg-age daughter and I stayed here for a spring break getaway. Awesome location! Loft was perfect. Close to everything and Uber was always easy to get. Felt very safe as two women walking around. Nan is a fantastic host and was so responsive—even set out beach towels and a blanket for a day at Barton Springs. Will definitely stay here again when we come Back!

Best location right off of South Congress! The loft is decorated beautifully, the bed & pillows were super comfortable, parking was easy & there is some delicious places to eat within walking distance!! Nan was so quick to respond when we had questions.

Great hidden gem in fantastic location!

I stayed at this property with my sister over the 2021 F1 US Grand Prix weekend and had an absolutely lovely time. Nan was easy to reach with any questions we had, and we enjoyed having access to the goodies of water, snacks, and beer provided for us. The SoCo neighborhood is such a lovely walkable area, and my sister and I were fully content to spend the majority of our time in the area after the conclusion of the GP weekend. We would absolutely love to come back and recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in the SoCo neighborhood!

The Beat of Austin at your door.

Just for the location alone I’d give a 5-star review. Just off South Congress and in a beautiful neighborhood, it couldn’t be any more convenient to walk, e-scooter/bike or catch an Uber to anywhere in the city. The loft itself was so nice, open, and sunny. With the AC keeping it a comfortable setting all day it was the perfect spot to grab an afternoon nap in between meeting up with friends and our adventures in the city. Our host, Nan, was great about communicating via the app and was happy to accommodated requests like borrowing outdoor fold up chairs. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Austin.

I’m so glad we picked this location!

It was the cutest little space to cool off and have a siesta between exploring all that Austin has to offer. There was a lot within walking distance or hop on a scooter. And other hot spots were a short Uber ride away. I could have stayed just on south Congress the whole time and been very happy. Nan was very helpful and sweet. Like every Texan we met! We had a great time.

Great location, surprisingly quiet yet not more than 60ft from the main drag. Communication with owner was very available. Everything was easy except the tv but who uses the tv when you've got all that available?

Fantastic all around experience

Hosts were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Loft apartment was situated in the best part of the city in close proximity to everything yet still quiet. Apartment was also extremely well designed and had everything you would need for an extended stay. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.
