This patio is south facing so the apartment and this area is well lit throughout the day and is an overall beautiful place to be.

Pets are allowed depending on size. A few questions and additional information. Will the dog ever be alone in the unit? If so we prefer that the owner brings a kennel. Please let us know this information before your stay and confirm prior to your arrival if you will in fact be bringing pets and how many etc. There are pet fees for guests who bring pets in addition to the booking reservation amount.
Pet fees are as follows:
1-4 nights $24 per day
5-29 nights $200
30+ nights $300
Interaction with Guests:
