Neighbors have been instructed to call the police if there are noises heard from their bedroom windows during quiet hours. If police are called to the property, any citations issued are the sole responsibility of the guest.
If you want to continue your evening with noise, please take all socializing & music indoors and close all doors and windows. Thank you for understanding.
I provide guests with self-check-in instructions and am available via phone or text during reasonable hours.
We strive to be outstanding members of our community. As such, our house rules and local city ordinances strictly enforce occupancy limits and quiet hours.
