Corydon Haven: Spacious Urban Retreat

Thank you for your stay. We want to address a few points directly, as some of the statements in this review do not reflect the actual condition of the home. The step at the entry is a standard part of the home's structure, similar to any step or stair in a house, and guests are expected to watch their step when entering and exiting, just as they would on any staircase. This is not a hazard, it is simply part of navigating a home. The home is thoroughly cleaned before every check-in, including the kitchen and bathroom areas mentioned in this review. We stand behind the condition of the home as presented. We chose not to leave a review for this guest, as there was no communication from them at any point during their stay. Many of the issues raised here could have been resolved immediately had we simply been told, rather than saved for a review after checkout. We appreciate all feedback, but we want future guests to have an accurate picture of what to expect.
