Interaction with guests

We will be accessible from 9 am - 9 pm for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.
Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.

We are pet-friendly and welcome furry friends at our property and understand that they are an important part of the family. However, there is a small fee of $15 per night per pet.
For the comfort and convenience of all guests, we also require a one-time extra deep cleaning fee of $50 after a reservation with pets.

-ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES-

By booking you are agreed to be legally bound to the following house rules.

***Local Manitoba Guests***

-Local must contact the host prior to booking. This is to prevent parties at our property, The building has a strict occupancy limit. Any group attempting to violate the community policies on occupancy limit will be removed immediately.

***Smoking at the property***

-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. There is a $250 fine strictly enforced (Including the use of Marijuana, Vapes, Shisha / Hookah, Cigarettes, or any other smoking devices).

***Parties & Events***

-Strictly prohibited PARTIES or EVENTS at this property without the approval of the management. Violation can occur at a minimum fee of $200 up to $700.
• We reserve the right to terminate the reservation and to have you vacate the unit immediately without a refund.

***Unauthorized Guests***

-Non-registered guests are strictly not allowed.
-There is a $35 / Person Fee for people in the unit that is not on the reservation and for each person in the unit past the number of guests that was confirmed at the reservation.
-If you know that additional people will be coming to the property then notify the management about it to avoid extra fees.

***Noise***

-Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am.
-Noise and music must be kept at a reasonable level at all times.

***Pets***

-Pets are allowed at the property with prior confirmation and approval of the property management. Pets are extra $15 fee per/night
-Additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added to the reservation with pets.
- If we discover the stay of a pet at the property without prior approval fine
will be applied immediately.

***Check-Out: 11:00 AM ***

-Late check-out fee: $50 every 30min after 11:00 am. After 1 pm you will be charged for the standard rate of the day (That does not mean you can stay). Any extra cost we incur for relocating or refunding the next guest, you will be required to cover as well.
If we have a pre-arranged agreement, we will honor that.

***Towels & Sheets***

-If you stain or destroy towels or sheets during your stay, there will be a charge of; Towel $15 /
Sheets $60.

***Security Devices***

-The house has a smoke detector, sound detector, and carbon monoxide detector to ensure the safety of the guest and the property.
-Do not touch, remove or relocate the detectors. A fee of $150 will apply immediately if you break the rule.
-Security cameras may be located at the exterior of the property. Do not touch, disconnect or cover the security devices. (Fee of $250 will apply if you break that rule).

***Property***

-Everything in the property is inventoried. We check the list and take pictures of it before and after every reservation. (We will charge for any missing or damaged items).

***Cleaning***

-No shoes at the property.
-Shoe marks will be charged for extra cleaning.
-No use of Glitter & Confetti. An extra cleaning fee of $70 will be applied.
-The cleaning fee that was charged at the reservation covers only the basic cleaning of the property (if you thrush the property you will be billed an additional $50 per cleaning hour).
-The guests have to return the house in the same condition as received.

***Host Rights***

-We reserve the right to remove any guest from our property at any time for violation of these house rules or the community guidelines at the property, without a refund.
-We will involve the police in any matter we feel requires them for the safety of our guests, neighbors, building staff, or ourselves.

very nice place to stay, just one issue

We had a wonderful stay at Stanislav/Nathan's property, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and amenities. The property itself is very comfortable & clean, and the management team is responsive and courteous. However, we encountered an unexpected issue that significantly impacted our four-day stay. A work crew arrived on the second day, spending most of the day on-site, disrupting the tranquillity we had been enjoying. Despite our explicit request to delay non-essential maintenance, the crew performed both interior and exterior work, complicating our use of the bathroom, and also unexpectedly reshingled the garage. We understand that maintenance is necessary, but we strongly believe that non-essential work should not be performed during a guest's stay when it's not urgent or essential to their comfort. In hindsight, we regretted informing the management about minor issues like a noisy bathroom fan and burnt bulbs, which may have prompted the visit. We highly recommend Stanislav/Nathan's property to others, but we strongly advise against non-essential maintenance during guest stays. We hope the management will adopt a "do not disturb" policy for non-essential work, ensuring future guests have an uninterrupted peaceful experience. With this adjustment, we're confident that future guests will have an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you, Stanislav/Nathan, for your hospitality, and we look forward to returning under more peaceful circumstances.
