Home Rules
* Fireplaces are NOT for guest use
* Quiet hours 9 pm-9am, strictly enforced.
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
* HOA regulations require all vehicles to be parked inside the garage at all times. Driveway and street parking are NOT allowed, and fines may apply. Garage capacity for 2 vehicles with a maximum length of 210"/17.5'. Check vehicle size in advance to ensure fit.
*Renters must sign an HOA tenant form acknowledging compliance with Boulders neighborhood rules
* This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum are allowed at the property.
*​​​​​​For your safety and security, there are two Ring security cameras located at this property. One at the front gate/driveway and one at the spa gate/driveway.
*Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
*There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
*Early check-in IF available is:
12pm: $100+taxes
1pm: $75+taxes
2pm: $50+taxes
3pm: $35+taxes
Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
