We had a great time in this comfortable and functional home with three levels of a most welcoming rental. The dining area off of the kitchen was big enough to accommodate our entire family of twelve. After getting back from the Ark Encounter, we chatted about our day in the living room, roomy and inviting. There was a full bathroom on every floor for convenience. We heartily recommend this vacation home.

The home accommodated 7 adults and 4 children very well! The theater room was a wonderful place for a movie evening or for games. The front porch was great place for card game playing or early morning coffee. The yard was nice for the kids to play outdoors. The host was a great communicator! We visited the Ark; Creation museum and Cincinnati Zoo! Make sure you stop by Beans Cafe and Bakery.

House was nicely equipped, clean and was accurately described in the listing. Communication with the host was good and we enjoyed the stay. House is very convenient to the Ark and to downtown.

We had such a wonderful stay. The game room & theater were hits with the kids for sure! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would love to stay here again!

Super clean property with lots of room for kids to play and sleep. Loved the porch with great furniture. Kitchen was well supplied for prepping big family meals. Game run is super fun and unique. Take the small note about train noise seriously. Trains run frequently, neighborhood has loud work trucks and it is a safe distance from a loud main road.

This house was great. It was clean, easy to get in and out of & close to the Ark, not far from the Creation Museum. The house was played out well & had many activities to keep us busy. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here

Super cute house right around the corner from the Ark. Arrival and getting into the house was smooth, the house was very clean, and has a lot of character. We thought we would be spending most of our time in the game room/theater room, but ended up sitting outside both on the deck and around the fire pit for most of our stay.

We had a great time visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. The house was located in a great place to get to the Ark, and the Williamstown Lake. We had the best time and the space of the house was perfect!!

No lighting to use to go down the stairs to room in basement.. No closet space in 3 tooms.. House had a sewage smell after Day 1 and we bought Lysol..Owner answered questions quickly. House isn’t good for older travelers

We strive to provide accurate listing information, and the listing photos show that there are stairs in the home. 3 of the bedrooms have closets available to the guests, and 2 do not. The home is equipped with lighting to go downstairs to the basement, it is right beside the door before you go downstairs. I am sorry you were unable to find it. Worth the price!

Super nice home - there were plenty of dishes, cups, & cookware for our large group and many thoughtful "extras" that you don't find in other rentals. The game/entertainment rooms downstairs were a HUGE hit with children and adults alike. It's pricey, but if you can afford it, it's totally worth it! We will be back for sure.
