You will fall in love with the friendly, welcoming, and cozy vibes at this newly remodeled and decorated home that can accommodate large groups of families or friends.

Sit out by the firepit enjoying a cool evening with the warmth of a fire.

The home boasts two living rooms, a beautiful kitchen with peninsula, a large dining room table that seats 10, 5 bedrooms with new beds and 3.5 bathrooms.

The finished walk out basement has a bar, family room, full bath, and bedroom.

BR 1 is the primary bedroom and has a king bed, 55” TV, an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and stand up shower.

BR 2 has a king bed and large closet.

BR 3 has a king bed and twin bed and desk/vanity with chair.

BR 4 has 2 extra long twin beds, and a twin day bed with trundle (4 beds total).

BR 5 is in the finished basement and has a king bed, 55” TV, desk/vanity. There is a rollaway bed in the closet.

Bedrooms 1-4 are on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 5 is in the walkout basement. Please see the listing photos for a floorplan with more details on the layout of this amazing home.

The house is on a quiet residential street. No parties, illegal drugs, and guests at the house, except for those who are staying overnight.

We charge an extra $20/person/night over 8 people.

This was a fantastic home to stay in! Very beautiful and cozy. Every detail was well thought out to make guests feel welcome. The host Kate was super quick to respond. I took a long bath, rocked on the porch, played games, cooked a dinner for six and ate in the dining room. Also, I received a small gift to take from the host. It was a true pleasure to stay here. My friends were shocked at how nice of a place I was able to find.

This was such a great place to stay. Minutes from the Ark, close to a quaint downtown area. Plenty of space for people to sleep, lounge and relax. Had everything we needed for our stay and the host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The host was extremely forth coming with necessary information. Everything was crystal clear. The property was very accommodating. Lots of games and activities. Ping Pong table, air hockey, Xbox and board games. The house is centrally located to so many attractions. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely home with lots of extras!

I chose this lovely location for our family get-together to visit the Ark Encounter. The home was able to comfortably accommodate our large group of 15. The home was clean and uodated and the beds were all very comfy. There was several games, puzzles etc and the fire pit in the backyard was a great way for us to end our evening relaxing. The Ark encounter was 5 mins away and the home was a central location to many surrounding cities if you’re looking for that. The home had a lot of unexpected “extras”. The host was wonderful with communication, very accommodating and even provided a detailed list of restaraunts, things to do and places to go near and far. I highly recommend this home and host for your future stay!!!

Nice home and quiet neighborhood -

The home is very nice and has a lovely back yard with a fire pit and gathering area. The host was very accommodating - answered messages promptly, provided detailed information on Wi-Fi, appliances, check in and out instructions, etc. The only thing is there are no bedrooms on the main floor and the stairs are a little steep. This makes it difficult for anyone with knee or hip issues. (Our group was primarily ladies who are senior citizens.) Other than that, the house was nice and clean and we would definitely book again.

Roselawn near the Ark

Very nice accommodation with amenities above of a fine hotel. Location was exactly as described very near the Ark and within easy drive to the Creation Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Cozy and refreshing Roselawn Retreat

The Roselawn Retreat has beautiful views and a cozy environment. Everyone on our ministry team commented how comfortable the beds and pillows were and how well we all slept. We also enjoyed the game room and large dining room table. Our ministry team loved our stayed at the Roselawn Retreat!

We meet in Williamstown Ky for our annual family Christmas together. We had 7 adults, 3 kidd, there was plenty of roon for everyone. Quite neighborhood close to the Ark.

Annual family getaway

Our group of 10 (5 brothers and 5 sister in laws) had a fantastic time here. We came to see the Ark Encounter, but really enjoyed quality time together at this home. The back yard and fire pit area were perfect for relaxing on a beautiful fall evening.

Vacation to go to the Ark Encounter

Kate was a wonderful host. My family and I stayed at the house so we could go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The house has everything you need. It accommodated 13 people very well with plenty of room for everyone. We had 8 adults, 3 adult children, 1 teen and a 5 year old.

We had a wonderful time!

The home worked well for us and our large family! It was nicely located for our visit to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Our family especially loved sitting on the back deck, enjoying the evening. We also appreciated the extra towels and washcloths supplied.

The Roselawn Retreat was truly a labor of love. I have so many warm memories of visiting my family in Kentucky growing up, which inspired me to provide a special place for other families to create their own wonderful memories.

The Roselawn Retreat is a relaxing and inviting home with plenty of space for your entire family to spread out. It stands apart by having two separate living rooms on the main floor, and a downstairs family room with a couch, TV, bar, and ping pong table. All of the furniture and beds are new. You will never feel crowded or cramped at the Roselawn Retreat. My family loves staying here and I hope yours does too!
