THE HOME

The FarmYard is spacious, warm, and thoughtfully set up for groups who want room to relax without feeling crowded. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, friend groups, work crews, outdoor enthusiasts, or guests visiting the area for sports, school, or events.

Sleeping arrangements include:
3 King beds
1 Queen bed
Large bunk beds

Both bathrooms are bright, clean, and well-maintained.

The home is designed to feel comfortable, practical, and welcoming—not overly styled or fussy. It’s a place where you can kick off your shoes, cook a meal together, and settle in.

OUTDOOR SPACE AND PRIVACY

Step outside onto the private deck facing the foothills of Mt. Emily, one of guests’ favorite features of the property. With no close neighbors, you’ll have the freedom to truly unwind—morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply soaking in the quiet.

Wildlife sightings are common here. Guests regularly see elk, deer, and other local animals moving through the surrounding land, especially in the mornings and evenings.

Another guest favorite: the large treehouse, which adds a fun and memorable element for both kids and adults. Please use responsibly at your own risk.
