Situé au 12ème étage de l'immeuble San Marco le plus souhaitable du complexe Mandalay Beach Club, ce condo superbement aménagée est non seulement ouest avant de Golfe directe (pas situé sur le côté ou à l'arrière du bâtiment), mais est également orientée plein sud pour la lumière maximale et le soleil. Il a une vue imprenable sur la terrasse de la piscine et club-house, ainsi que Pier 60, le Clearwater Beach Causeway, et le centre-ville de Clearwater. Perché juste en dessous des penthouses, cet appareil est le seul de son genre avec une troisième salle de bain complète et deux suites de maître, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain complète.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et à terme belle extension complète, soft close Starmark armoires ainsi que MIEHLE et Subzero appareils. Profitez de cocktails, le déjeuner et le dîner sur l'immense golfe Balcon avant concepteur-meublé. Coin petit déjeuner a banquette de fenêtre confortable à partir de laquelle le lever et le coucher du soleil peuvent être vus!

Il ya beaucoup d'équipements et d'activités pour vous aider à profiter de votre séjour. Le complexe est extrêmement sûr et sécuritaire, et le grand club magnifiquement décorée et une salle de sport sont ouverts 24 heures et disposent d'un accès à Internet sans fil. L'immense piscine et une terrasse bain à remous donne directement sur la plage et dispose tables et chaises longues ombragées et non ombragées en plus de barbecues à gaz. Mandalay Beach Club - San Marco 1202 is a beautiful condo on the west corner so the views are absolutely breathtaking. The condo is well equipped with all the extras and then some. The condo could be better maintained and although the furniture is pretty; its not very comfortable after a while, but we would still recommend staying there. The pool area and observation deck to the beach is fantastic, the building and grounds are very well maintained; security is excellent; location outstanding, Our goal was complete R&R and great food; we got it!

Mandalay Bay Perfection

We stayed here for the month of May 2021 and it was fantastic. The Mandalay Bay Beach Club complex is the best in all of Clearwater, the amenities are amazing from the gym to the sauna to the pool. You can't beat the ocean view whether it's from the 12th floor balcony or the pool and the location is perfect; right on the beach and within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and stores. The condo was spacious and up to date. We especially loved the living room area, the sectional couch was ideal for family movie nights! The owner was extremely helpful and very communicative. All in all, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We will be back!

great condo

This is a beautifully appointed condo right on Clearwater beach facing west with fabulous views of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets. It has a very spacious balcony containing attractive and comfortable furniture overlooking the beach and Gulf. The interior of the condo is nicely laid out with an open and upscale feel and has large floor to ceiling windows facing the balcony, beach and ocean. Just about every amenity one can think of is provided including a huge flat screen TV. The Mandalay Beach Club seems to be one of the premier complexes in Clearwater Beach and has a large heated (feels like at least 85 degrees) pool and spa in a very pleasant setting with ample recliners and comfortable armchairs. Also has a well equipped gym free for tenants to use. The location is very convenient for walking to several good restaurants which is a definite plus. Jason, the owner, was extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive from our initial inquiry through our entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to stay again.

million dollar view

From the moment you step into this condo you know already that it will be hard to leave. The view of the Gulf of Mexico is a dream. Some days I found it really hard to leave the large deck that faces the beautiful water. I loved watching for dolphins and sea birds. The sunsets are incredible!! There is a view of the gulf from just about every room in this unit. We had a fantastic time and wonderful weather. Choosing a unit to rent from a website can seem risky but the descriptions and the photos of this unit are exactly as promised. It was spotless and the furniture is comfortable. The décor is sleek and modern with light colors that blend with the view. The marble floors are gorgeous. The extra bedrooms are good sizes. A large desk and queen size murphy bed in one room worked well for us so my husband could work when needed. The other room has two full size beds. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and is quite large with a spectacular view of the Gulf. There are many good places to eat like Frenchy's and Clearsky Café only a block or two away. There is a CVS right across the street and a Publix grocery store about 3 miles away. The Sandpearl Resort has a nice spa, restaurant and beach bar/grill and is only a block away. Although the town and beaches got very crowded on the weekends it was usually quiet and peaceful during the week. We didn't need to use the car much. The Mandalay Beach Club is kept immaculate. There is security and a staff on site. They are very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is very nice. Jason the owner is very friendly and quick with responses to emails and texts. We are coming back again next year because we had such a fantastic time and we know we are not going to find a nicer condo to rent on Clearwater Beach!

Spectacular!!!!!!

This was our third time staying at the Mandalay Beach Club and there is no question that this gulf front unit is the most attractive and comfortable unit that we have stayed at. This unit is pretty special! We enjoyed all the amenities; marble flooring, the spacious floor plan, fabulous sunsets and views from the balcony, the upgraded TV and wi-fi package, and a few short steps to access the beautiful Clearwater Beach. Jason, the owner, is a pleasure to work with and readily responds to any concerns or questions you might have. I might add, we had no problems, from start to finish. We have already made plans to come back.

Beautiful home with view on a beautiful beach

We did stay for 2 full months at this apartment and did enjoy every single day. Unfortunately the weather was not that good so that we hardly could enjoy the large terrace overlooking the beach. However from the table in the kitchen we were watching many beautiful sunsets and sometimes passing dolphins. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, every room has its own large TV set, WLAN is fast and efficient. The outlook from the master bedroom, the living room and the kitchen are really spectacular. Since the buildings are secured we did feel very safe. We did not make use of the common grill and the swimmingpool (most days it was too cold), however we were regular visitors of the well equipped and maintained fitness center. Just around the corner are a few restaurants and shopping facilities - the Publix we did use for bigger shopping is only 5 minutes drive away.

We had a great time in Clearwater durng the month of Jan. The condo was great, it had all of amenieties of home including a wifi and dvr. The condo is centrally located and you can walk to everything. We really enjoyed the bike trails located all over the local area. Our two older kids came to visit and loved all of the differenct activities. It was a great way to start the new year

Beautiful cond.

I had a wonderful stay in this condo last March and April. The condo is beautiful! And the views even more beautiful! It is on the front of the building so the views are directly on the Gulf and it gives you more privacy than ones facing other directions. Great place for morning coffee, lunch and dinner with guests. The condo is very spacious with great space for entertaining. It has a top of the line kitchen stocked with everything you need. And I loved having a view out the balcony door even from the kitchen. The master bedroom is very roomy and the master bath is georgeous. It also has a nice big walk-in closet. The amenities at Mandalay Beach Condos are everything you need. A nice pool on the 3rd floor gives you great Gulf views while you relax in the sun. They also have a nice large shaded area for those of us who can't have too much sun or for nap time for little ones. And just off the pool is a very comfortably decorated clubhouse with a full kitchen which is great for keeping any snacks you may want to bring down to the pool and keep cool in the fridge. Also plenty of ice to refill drinks. Everything is kept immaculately clean at the pool and throughout the entire building. And another great perk is that a parking spot is provided with the condo as well as guest parking available with a pass. Jason, the owner is a very helpful and easily reached by phone. He is very welcoming and seems happy to be sharing his beautiful space with you. I was very comfortable in all my dealings with him. I would definitely recommend any of my family or friends to rent his condo, not only because of the space itself but also because he is a nice owner to work with. He responds immediately to e-mails and phone calls. And he lives a few towns up from Clearwater so he is very familiar with the area and helpful with providing any tourist information you may need. All in all, it's a great place to visit! Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
