The Resort of OIB features an ocean front pool, private beach access and private bath, as well as a small crab dock.

Step inside and feel the vacation vibes instantly. Every bedroom and both living areas have TVs, so everyone can kick back with their favorite shows or movies. The den comes ready with gaming consoles for epic game nights-or rainy day fun! On the first floor, gather around the pool table or sip cocktails at the wet bar to get your vacation started!

Upstairs, the airy open-concept living area is made for laughter, long meals, and sunset stories. The dining table seats 14, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with Keurig and drip coffee maker, keeps everyone fueled for beach adventures. An elevator makes moving between floors a breeze, and parking for up to six cars keeps everyone stress-free. Plus, a 20-amp outlet is ready if you’re cruising around in a golf cart from our Oasis Advantages members.

Step outside and soak up the sun in your private pool or fire up the propane grill for a beachside BBQ. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.

First Floor-
Room 1: King with Ensuite
Room 2: Queen paired with a set of Twin Bunk Beds with Ensuite
Room 3: Twin Bunk Beds (x2) with Ensuite
There is an additional half-bath located in the den.

Second Floor-
Room 4: King with Ensuite
Room 5: Queen with a full bath that can be used as private or connected to main living area.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest public beach access is Shelby Street, a 4 minute walk.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and carport/driveway. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
