Our outdoor amenities are one of the highlights of the property, and we normally perform a deep spring clean of all exterior spaces by mid-to-late April, depending on weather. Being in the mountains, snow and early spring storms can delay this effort. That said, we’re looking at ways to get a jumpstart on this process when conditions allow, so guests earlier in the season can enjoy the full outdoor experience. Regarding the cleanliness issue: I appreciated your initial message and tried to respond quickly with a replacement duvet cover. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive a follow-up—this isn’t typical, and I’m looking into what happened there. We’ve since completed a full deep clean and walkthrough to ensure the home meets the standards we expect. We genuinely value guest feedback, even when it’s hard to hear, because it helps us improve.
