RÉSERVEZ vos vacances de printemps et d'été MAINTENANT. Le lac LBJ est le plus grand lac à niveau constant au Texas, vous êtes donc toujours au bord de l'eau à Sunset Shores Lake House. Beaucoup de façons de profiter du lac dans cette propriété avec des vues dominantes, un quai couvert, deux rampes de ski, une piscine peu profonde et profonde juste à côté du quai, une crique protégée avec vue sur le lac LBJ et une rampe de lancement. Capacité d'accueil 1-12 invités.

Dormir: Grande maison de 2 étages avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Il y a 3 chambres traditionnelles (1 avec King, 1 avec Queen, et 1 complète), et 1 grande chambre avec lits superposés (6 lits jumeaux plus lit de taille complète). Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans la salle de jeux pour accueillir de plus grands groupes.

MANGER: Cuisine récemment mise à jour avec des appareils modernes et une salle à manger séparée pouvant accueillir 6. Il y a aussi un bar à manger au comptoir de la cuisine. Un grill est disponible pour profiter de votre prise de la journée! Profitez de la vue sur le lac tout en mangeant dehors à la table de pique-nique ou sur le balcon enveloppant. Toast le coucher de soleil avec une coupe de champagne de votre deuxième étage à la fin de chaque journée amusante.

VIVRE: Avec 2 étages, 3500 pieds carrés et trois salons séparés, il y a beaucoup de place pour s'étendre ou pour se réunir et socialiser. C'est un endroit idéal pour organiser un week-end entre amis, passer du bon temps en famille ou organiser une retraite d'entreprise dans un cadre inspirant pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Il y a beaucoup de façons de jouer à Sunset Shores--
Jouez au Monopoly dans la salle de jeu, affrontez-vous dans une féroce partie de Ping Pong, racontez des histoires de fantômes la nuit dans la chambre superposée, accrochez-vous au hamac ou au poisson, nagez et partez depuis le quai de Sunset Shores. Si vous souhaitez visiter la région, vous pouvez visiter les vignobles locaux, faire de la randonnée dans les cavernes de Longhorn ou conduire 10 minutes dans Marble Falls pour manger, faire du shopping et faire du tourisme. Great place to stay.

Very good for big family gathering, lots of beds and different living rooms for kids to hang out away from adults.

Great location, average stay

Excellent location in both location on the lake and proximity to Marble Falls. Outdoor patio furniture needs an upgrade as it has little support and is covered in dirt and debris (would benefit to bring cushions inside when guests are not at the home). But the new lounge chairs on the dock were great. Bathrooms are all very nice and very updated, but the rest of the house is showing its age. Beds are comfy and common room areas are spacious. Kitchen is small but well stocked, though we unfortunately dealt with a few pest control issues (the cans of raid placed around the home clued us in that there could be problems). Must bring your own kayaks/SUPs. Great dock to launch off of, though you probably won’t swim right off the dock due to the algae. The outdoor kitchenette pictured is useless and run down. Tons of deer in the area which is fun. The dock is well shaded most of the day and the yard is well fenced for your pet friends. Overall had a fine stay. Lodgewell provides a text number to reach them and they always responded within 15 min.

Nice, but not as advertised

We very much enjoyed our stay, however the photos of the home, specifically the outside, are staged and not actually as they appear in person. The broken lounger and chairs were piled against the fence making it very untidy. They should be removed. The tiki house is in need of repair…paint, broken lights and rusted chairs. It had no running water and was not usable during our stay. It has potential, but certainly not as beautiful as the photos. I would however recommend this home. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the quiet cove with ample indoor space. The house is very large with lots of common space. The kitchen however is very small, but was fully stocked with everything we needed. We love to cook and found it to have everything needed, except steak knives. Traditional coffee pot, not pods. The upstairs fridge drawers are cracked and broken making it difficult to store veggies and fruit in them. The microwave above the stove doesn’t work, but there is one on the counter if you need. Only one of the propane grills worked, the one up by the garage. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets.make for perfect mornings and evenings. Loved sitting on the upstairs deck each morning and night. Upstairs master bath does need some window coverings as it’s not private from chest up. AC worked great. Gets very cold downstairs though. Ping pong table was a BIG hit! Great tv’s throughout the house. Enjoy the lake and make wonderful memories here!

Great Lake stay

Had a day of rain but all enjoyed playing ping pong and the spacious game room. Bathrooms were stocked with all necessities as well as kitchen with cooking essentials. The one negative was the tiki bar outside. We would stay again.

4th of July Getaway

Our family had a great 4th of July weekend in your home. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in back porch drinking our coffee in the mornings. It's a nice, quiet cove and we liked that we could leave our boat out at night and jump in the next day. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great, the family loved it!

I suggest you include in your listing that you have a pack n play and baby seat. I didn't know that so we had to either bring those things with us or make arrangements to get them after we got there. Thank you.

Spacious and relaxing

Overall we had a fantastic experience. The house was beautiful, spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was a minor issue with one of the neighbor's dog who wandered onto the property several times which caused some tension, especially since we had our own dogs with us. It seems the dog could easily come over from the neighbor's dock. Despite this small setback, the stay was otherwise outstanding and I would recommend this property!

Quick overnight stay

We made a quick trip to Lake LBJ for an event in the Granite Shoals neighborhood. We only stayed one night at the house but were very impressed with the cute property. We will hopefully come back in the future for a longer stay.

Summer vacation

I liked the house and location. We did have some issues with fridge door. Fortunately they have another small fridge where we transfered our goods. They did respond the next day and send a tech to fix the fridge. I would have liked if they provided a paddle boat or kayak. Overall the house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table.

Great location and layout, just needs some TLC

Great layout for families, location and the property management team was very responsive. Comfortable beds, towels and even had kid skis. The house is in need of some general maintenance especially for the price we paid… old grills, some of the furniture is worn out, sliding doors get stuck, boat lift gets stuck and needs to be either replaced or fixed. Overall, we had a blast at LBJ.

Snakes

When we arrived, the brick mailbox has been hit and was laying in the yard. Also the back porch screen, upper level, has a large rip. I reported both to management before entering. Front porch mat is trip hazard. House clean, although horribly musty. Flood damage seen on lower level, house had begun beautiful renovations until an obvious flood came. Flood lines visible on lower level. Humidifier helped. Smell, not great We brought our paddle boards in hopes of getting in the water, but I wouldn't recommend it. We watched snakes come and go from next door unkempt neighborhood park night and day. The snake landing area is right next to the rental. Highly recommend no on drink at the titk bar, uneven setting stones make bar stools a very bad idea, downstairs needs a large trash can. Good stuff...... Well lit, lots of space, luxurious bed downstairs, gets COLD AC, beautiful views

fun time on Lake LBJ

the size of the home was great for us. 5 adults and 4 children. We played ping pong every day and also loved being out on the water in our boat.Thebedrooms and bathrooms were up to date and comfortable. We had difficulty with the AC. the service provider was attentive to our needs and got it running. He was patient and respectful. We also had a bit of a problem with the ice maker. Over all it was a lovely place to be and share a great time with our family together.

A fantastic getaway vacation

Our experience renting this awesome home was so great and joyful making hard to describe in words. The house itself has so much to offer guests of all different ages lots of exciting elements to ensure they maximize their fun, joy, and excitement. As you may see in the photos so many areas of different seating setups to enjoy the lake views, the cleanliness and neat furniture along with the renovated updates, super stacked with items you may need to use and enjoy. Hard to experience it all in just two days. I have to say I am most blown away by the amazing management team who went above and beyond to ensure our full satisfaction and sky rocket our fun experience, always prompt in responding immediately to our questions and providing us needed information about the stay, out of hundreds of previous rentals I will always remember how great the management was for this property, we are most grateful! I highly recommend this place, I am positive you may have an awesome vacation staying here.

Great family spot.

Trash cans were filled to the brim. Too many utensils in kitchen made it hard to find things and all the extra pots and pans were somewhat greasy. A few cockroaches were killed. Dock needs some work.
