This was the perfect rental for a large family with kids! We had 14 people-8 adults & 6 kids, and were all very comfortable with plenty of space. The kids enjoyed taking walks on the quiet street and the “Cousin cove” bedroom. Everything we needed was provided, hope we can come back next year!

The house was wonderful - plenty of space, great outdoor area with pool, fire pit and tables. They had a lot of toys, game and beach supplies available. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this house end of August! The backyard was amazing to spend time in the morning having a cup of coffee and enjoying a very quiet morning time hiding in the deep chair that even pool people don't notice you. The pool is awesome, our granddaughter spent hours in it. The house itself is very spacious and has everything one needs. Thank you to the owners! We loved the place and will recommend it to our friends and come back ourselves.

Our annual family vacation was a great success! The pool was where we spent the most of our time. Perfect for large family gatherings with lots of spaces to enjoy or retreat to. The front porch saw lots of reading and coffee in the morning while the outside tables had many Al fresco dinners. The beds were very comfortable and the AC kept the entire house cool. When the “littles” went to bed the basement square table made for fun game nights. The hosts were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Clean welcoming and comfortably spacious for a party of 12. The pool was the highlight for our 4 grandkids ages 4,5,6,8. The front porch was equally comfortable sitting and watching all the kids play soccer and basketball. The firepit was warm and inviting. We had lots of space to spread out and everyone had their own privacy whenever they wanted. Host was extremely responsive and honored our request to accommodate my son n law who is in a wheelchair. Will definately recommend to others and possibly to book another family vacay next year

This wonderful home had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool was just beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The washer/dryer was so convenient and the kitchen was very well equipped. A five star experience for sure!!

This house is spectacular and Kevin a most responsive and available host. He answered every question that came up prior to our stay and fortunately we had no reasons to reach out while there. The house, grounds and pool are extremely well kept and clean and large enough for everyone to enjoy and have their space. We were a blended family of grandparents, 4 adult kids with 3 spouses, 4 grandchildren ranging in age from 7 to 11 months, and a nanny. We were all easily and comfortably accommodated. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed many a meal together, inside and on the grounds, including a festive lobster bake. The pool was fabulous for all.House is so well situated-close to a variety of beaches and neighboring towns. It’s a perfect vacation home that well exceeded our expectations and Kevin made us feel welcomed right from the start. When we are lucky enough to pull everyone together again we would jump at the chance to stay here. Thank you, Kevin, for your home and hospitality.

Lovely Family Home!

My multi-generation family group felt right at home at this lovely rental. There was room to gather, but also room to spread out. The location was so convenient, but we didn't need to go out all that much--the pool is so stunning that we mostly skipped the beach! Thank you to the host for a wonderful week.

Yearly family vacation

Beautiful landscape, great indoor and outdoor seating. Campfire, pool floats for kids, loved the pool. , we had a great time but some things are missing. Needed lots more kitchen equipment, spices, olive oil, napkins. Need more bathrooms spaces, master sweet is a waste of space when the other rooms are so small.

Gorgeous spot for a stay with extended family

We booked a week to get together with family- 3 generations, 8 adults and 7 kids from 1-12 years old. Everyone had a fantastic time. There was plenty of comfortable indoor space for all, but the yard and pool was definitely a highlight. We spent most of the week at beaches (close by, but limited parking) or playing in the pool. The neighborhood was also great for the younger kids to ride their bikes. The landscaping is gorgeous and the house is well cared for. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had what we needed.

Words can’t even describe our experience. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, checked in and got settled in we knew it was going to be an unforgettable stay. Everything that was described about the house was on point. The cleanliness, space, and privacy was all something we enjoyed about the stay. There were no complaints, this house is the perfect getaway for your next family trip! The location too was very convenient, you didn’t have to travel far to get to where you wanted to go because it was in a close vicinity to the house. With all that being said, don’t hesitate and book this property as soon as you can. You won’t regret it!

This was an amazing vacation home. Check-in was very easy. Parking was more than adequate. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need to prepare meals for a large family. The host was gracious and quickly responded to questions. The property was beautiful. The decorations in the home and the outdoor landscaping created a sense of well-being. The host even provided beach towels and chairs which could be used at the nearby beaches! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family felt refreshed, and our grandchildren expressed disappointment that the vacation had passed so quickly. It was an exceptional value for the rate charged. We would highly recommend this vacation property!

Perfect Rental Home for Multi-generational family in Wells, ME!

Pictures do not do this home justice. It is very clean and has multiple zones for different family members to hang out, including a beautiful front porch and pool area in the backyard! We had 7 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 8 to 14 years old) and had more than enough space for us all. The house is fully stocked with beach, pool, and sports equipment so you won't need to bring much. Close proximity to grocery stores and beaches, but the pool was definitely the biggest hit with the kids on the hottest days. Owner was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Only suggestions are to leave a hand vacuum for renters to clean up little spills from the kids and also let renters know about how Maine accepts deposits on plastic bottles. Overall, we give our trip 5 stars and hope other families enjoy the house as much as we did!

My friends and I rented the house for my bachelorette weekend and we had the best time! This house was perfect because there were lots of gathering spaces both inside the house and outside on the deck and beautifully landscaped backyard so we could all spend time together no matter the weather and also plenty of space for us all to unwind with some alone time. There were more than enough beds for everyone and they were comfortable and clean. The pool and backyard was definitely the highlight of the weekend! We all loved relaxing on the lounge chairs, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, cooking dinner on the grill, and doing cannonballs into the heated saltwater pool!!The location was also great because the house is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to lots of restaurants, stores, and entertainment on route 1. We went to downtown Ogunquit two of the nights and had the most fun singing karaoke and dancing our feet off! We highly recommend Patio 03907 in Ogunquit for delicious food, strong drinks, welcoming and friendly staff, and beautiful views of the water!The host, Kevin, was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions both before and during our stay. He even allowed us a later checkout time which was a huge help! This property was the perfect setting for the most unforgettable weekend and I can’t wait to come back someday!

The house was amazing! Super clean and cozy. So much room for everyone, the pool temp was perfect even when it was a little chilly outside, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fire pit was also great! Great communication from the owner and they even left us a little gift before we arrived which was a nice surprise! 10/10 recommend
